We Love going to this hotel as the staff are always friendly and it’s such a good deal. The rooms are a bit tired but spotless and the breakfast you get is lovely. I have booked again for next month

Arrived early and was able to check allowing us to get on with our day. Room was a good size with a gorgeous views over the Loch. The room was clean with everything we needed for our stay. The hotel had a singer on and he was good. This was an added bonus. We found the bar to be very reasonably priced for a hotel. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet during the night so had a good sleep. Breakfast was excellent. A great range of good quality produce which was well cooked and displayed. All in all we had a lovely stay and for whqt we paid we got excellent value for money. We will be back soon. Thanks

Hi as per our other comment but I made a boo boo of the scoring ,we had a fabulous time room was excellent for what we paid for it ,lovely warm hotel!! Great breakfast, plenty of choice ,excellent meal in bar as we had our wee dog with us ,steak pie was beautiful and the veg were excellent tasted ,overall we had an excellent time.... sellars room 101

Hi ,we actually stayed for 2 nights ,which was lovely ,lovely drive up took us just over an hr ,we were made very welcome by reception staff,we got a nice room 101 looking from side window right on to the loch ,which was lovely ,a lovely warm hotel at winter time ,bed was comfortable even our wee dog milly enjoyed her stay ,ate in the hotel bar on the Thursday night ,we both got steak pie and chips and veg ,which was absolutely delicious, could,nt fault it !! We went for several walks and several pubs ,which we were made welcome ,we ate at the village inn about a 1/4 of a mile down the road and again we got another superb meal ,we really had a lovely stay and we would definitely come Back ...1 thing we felt was,nt right was the bar,s normal hrs are from 5pm ,which to us a bar in a hotel should be open all day ,we did,nt have a problem when we were here ,we were informed of the opening time by a member of staff... thank you we had a lovely stay ... sellars room 101..xx

Lovely break with a beautiful view across Loch Long to the Cobbler.Staff were attentive and plentiful, and the food was ok .The breakfast was amazing . WiFi wasn't good and also the bar didn't open till 3.

We had a great time at the Arrochar Hotel the staff were very friendly and being able to talk my dog was great as he was treated very well by the staff, the food was great value as well. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and especially anyone looing for a dog friendly place.

We had a lovely overnight stay at The Arrochar Hotel. There were 6 off us in 3 twin bedrooms with Sea view (the receptionist got us good rooms) Rooms very comfortable with tea/coffee facilities, Breakfast was plentiful (Scottish Breakfast). And also got a late checkout. Thank you.

Great hotel!!! Do not let some of the poor reviews put you off. Excellent value for money for the deal offered on my hotel break. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner was impressive for a 3 star hotel and the breakfast was outstanding. Selection of typical hot Scottish breakfast items and continental options. The hotel is dated but the room was spotless and you get what you are paying for. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great night and morning.

The Arrochar Hotel is in such a beautiful location, with the wildlife outside the window. The staff were lovely and couldn't make us more welcome, and comfortable with the dog to. I had a great time and will definitely return. All of this for an amazing price!! Definitely worth every penny.

6 slightly older age siblings for their biannual 2 nights away. Firstly outside I will mention the loch view and the stunning sunset. From the moment you entered you were greeted by staff that appeared pleased to see you and pass the time of day. Service was first class and I have to say the food, the sea bass especially, was cooked to perfection. Thank you all.

The hotel is a bit dated though was clean and the staff were all very nice. The food was good and drinks reasonably priced. My only complaint was that I had paid extra for an upgrade for a room with a loch view which we did get but it had twin beds which I was disappointed with as I thought the upgrade would have included a double bed. Also the heating couldn’t be altered and we found the room very hot and stuffy as we couldn’t turn the radiator down.

Returning guest, this is a favourite of ours, has such a friendly, helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous breakfast menu, WiFi / USB need updated. A Winner in the perfect location. Will definitely be back.

Very pleasant and comfortable 3 night stay. Paid extra for a loch/hills facing room on the second floor that was spacious. Breakfast was self catering with a wide selection of hot and cold food. Staff were polite and courteous. Only downside was poor TV reception that seems to vary with the weather. This was our second stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to return. Have seen many poor reviews for this hotel that do surprise me.

Had a lovely relaxing time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. My wee dogs I had with me were made most welcome too. Great price and best location in Arrochar, The views from the hotel are superb!

Really well located hotel and the main bar and lounge area is very nice. Restaurant in the morning for breakfast was too hot. Staff very friendly and the food was good. Our room was a bit tired but had an amazing view of the loch. Overall had a great time with entertainment on the Saturday night. Good value for money.
