The greatest showman tribute night was a good night's entertainment with meal and Dj afterwards. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was amazing! ? I am wheat intolerant, usually the Gluten-free menu is quite limited for me, but not at Castlecary! There was so much to choose from! ? And the portions were very generous! Next time we will have to ask for smaller portions! Highly recommend this lovely hotel, not just for the good, but for the accommodation too! ???? I am a wheelchair user, everything was accessible for me... Top marks! ? All the staff were so nice as well, treat guests like family, nothing is too much bother for them ?

We visited this hotel for an overnight stay for our Anniversary. The hotel was well appointed and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Skye room which was totally amazing. We had a 3 course meal in our deal and although the choice was adequate, perhaps the option of having a money ofowance per room would be better as guests could then make choices from the main menu which looked really good. My husband had the fish and chips and I opted for the steak pie which was lovely and plentiful! We would definitely book this again.

We spent a lovely night here at the weekend, All of the staff that we met were very friendly, from reception to the bar & waiting staff. Had a good chat with the Health & Safety guy Dave who told me all about the hotel. Thanks to the chef who accommodated us with a lovely breakfast even although we were late, as we hadn’t checked the times. Our 3 course dinner was also very good the previous evening. The room was great with a nice new shower room fitted. Never heard any noise from other guests. We’d definitely return for another visit. Thank you.

Recently stayed here for a couple of nights with my partner and can honestly say we had such a lovely time. The hotel was easy enough to find and there was plenty of parking. On arrival we were greeted by such a lovely friendly woman that showed us to our room. The room itself was lovely with a comfy big double bed, a large tv and a large shower with complimentary toiletries. The only thing I would say is that there wasn't a bath in the room which we were advised would be when I booked our stay, but in the grand scheme of things it really wasn't a big deal as the room was lovely. The staff at the hotel and bar/grill were so so friendly and helpful. We stayed on a dinner bed and breakfast deal breakfast was lovely with a great buffet spread of pastries, cereals meats and cheeses and a selection of hot and cold drinks, your hot breakfast is cooked to order and there was a great range of items to choose from. The dinner menu was a set menu in the deal, I wasn't really a fan of the selections on there so I asked to swap a couple of items which the staff were great and happy to accomodate and didn't charge anything extra. I feel considering prices are quite similar that a larger variety may be better for the set menu. There is a great drinks selection at the bar and prices were very reasonable. All in all we had such a lovely experience at the hotel and will definately be back to stay soon thank you ?

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Bad food, rude staff, and dirty rooms. I have contacted the general manager with my concerns and awaiting his reply. We viewed this hotel with a view to getting married there but unless there are drastic changes that will not be happening. Such a shame as it's a stunning location

Fantastic little hidden gem on outskirts of bernauld but well worth finding. It’s had a fantastic makeover especially bar & grill as well as spacious outdoor area. All staff very friendly & professional, good communication with each other & guests to ensure smooth courteous service. Room in main hotel great size & comfortable. Thanks for lovely gesture of chocolate strawberries & shortbread. Would highly recommend for function, stay, meal or just a stop off on canal or Antonine walk.

Excellent for a few days away, nice and quiet setting. Although not much to do in Castlecary it is an excellent base to reach to Glasgow, Falkirk, Stirling, Summerlee etc Room and hotel looked recently refurbished, very clean. Plenty of choice for evening meals. Breakfast served promptly, (again a decent choice) even when there were bus tours present. Staff friendly and efficient.

We had a lovely time at castlecary staff were brilliant and very helpful. Food was excellent and the room was lovely apart from a little noise outside from a wedding but what would you expect from a wedding.

This was our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed .We were put in the honeymoon suite as I think they were fully booked and it was beautiful. The food again was good and good size portions. We would stay here again if we were in this area.

Lovely Hotel and had a cracking time,staff very attentive and excellent inter- action with customers,food was lovely too, excellent hearty breakfast in morning, very generous portions! Will deffo be back to stay again!! Club Room was really big!!
