Hotel room great with plenty of room. Food in the cooks bistro excellent and breakfast in the hotel ok too. Staff busy but able to cope and pleasant too. Very good value for money on the deal we had.

Myself and my parents had an amazing one night stay at the hotel where all staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptional and rooms although dated were warm, welcoming and included all we needed. A special mention to Jean at reception who checked us in and out and ensured we had all we needed for our stay. She treated us like an old friend and is an asset to the hotel. We look forward to returning very soon.

Enjoyed our stay here again? check in quick and friendly. Drinks at bar are a little too expensive and the tails were not nice at all?. Food was excellent as was the service?. We also had a Afternoon tea that was lovely too. Will def be back.

What can we say absolutely loved it we had requested a room with a walk in shower which was gratefully provided a lovely room as well in the Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful plenty of choice for eating at Cooks Restaurant lovely bottle of Sparkling wine in our room on arrival and the breakfast has to be the best we have had in any hotel all piping hot and served at our table needless to say we will be back again sometime soon and won’t hesitate to look forward to more of the same

Stayed in the garden wing which is separate from the main building which is fine when it's dry but when it rains you get wet going for breakfast and dinner. The bedroom was a great size and comfortably decorated however it was at the back of the garden wing and faced onto a very busy motorway which was extremely noisy even when windows were shut. Unfortunately the room didn't have air con and was extremely hot and due to motorway noise we couldn't leave them open. Service at Cooks restaurant was lovely as the waitress was very pleasant. The food was mediocre. Our starter was Stornoway blackpudding and melted brie. For £8.50 I would have expected more than 1 slice of BP and a very small piece of brie. Their famous fajitas lacked chicken. Breakfast however was delicious and plentiful. Brvice was scarce and we had to go to reception to ask if there was anyone serving. We had a package that included fizz however this was in our room on arrival without being chilled or in an ice bucket. Probably wouldn't return.

We had a lovely mid week stay at this hotel, room was lovely and big. All staff were great breakfast and evening meal was brilliant. One small issue with the cleaning that was dealt with by the receptionist to our satisfaction. Would stay again, 15min walk from Kelpies.

Great deal, food in Cook's was first class and breakfast next morning also first class. Staff could not do more for you. Special thanks to Jean at reception. Room clean and spacious. Would recommend. Oh and Kelpies only a wee walk away and well worth it.

Lovely hotel. Nice garden to sit in the sun. Pleasant friendly staff. Lovely Cooks Restaurant in the grounds serving excellent food. Excellent breakfast and service. Spacious room and great value. Nothing in Grangemouth but a nice hotel to use as a base and is walking distance to tge Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel. I would visit again.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious. Staff friendly. Food was nice...though staff memeber handed us an ala carte menu instead of normal. Wifi was rubbish..gave up as kept getting knocked off. 1 cup was on tea tray and cup was dirty!

A nice hotel with pleasant staff. When checking in the pre-authorisation of £50 was a bit confusing for some so maybe something to think about. The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner but some of our party were a bit let down that there were no Ordinary whisky's available only malts. All in all a nice relaxing couple of days. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay, staff at reception were very welcoming even though it was very busy as there was a wedding on at the time, we were greeted warmly and attended to quickly, room was very nice clean, ideal for us. Our meal at the restaurant was delicious, looked very appetising, served quickly with a friendly smile, good service lovely food . Enjoyed our stay a pity it was only the 1 night

Our stay was at the Grange Manor hotel was lovely. All meals were excellent and staff very friendly. Especially like the room where breakfast is served and understand the afternoon teas are served here as well. Relaxing atmosphere.

Had a fabulous time. There was a wedding and we were invited to partake in disco (declined with thanks ). Food smashing breakfast best in ages and very comfortable bed. Be back in the future.
