What a lovely hotel highly recommend. Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms spotless well equipped and very comfortable. Food was delicious. Especially liked the opportunity to pre book drinks and a table in the bar area following a concert we attended.

Had one night stay as going to a concert in the hydro. Booking in was no problem reception staff were very good. Bedrooms very comfortable. Dinner was lovely. Breakfast was good. All of the staff were very helpful an would certainly use hotel again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, pleasant and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The meals were a treat, and we had a pleasant time using the pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Loved our stay , thank you to your lovely staff. It's massively busy but staff are very pleasant. Lovely touch to give guests a glass of wine on arrival as the queue was so long. Free parking a very big boost .

We arrived at half 3 and the check in queue was huge, waited 40minutes to be told our room wasn't ready & that the twin rooms were taking longer. Finally received room key at 16:55, once we got into the room it was a double we had been given!! The queue at reception was still large and we didnt have time to wait again as the reason for this stay was a visit to the hydro meaning by the time we got into the room we hardly had anytime at all. Staying here was meant to make our visit to the hydro easier and a great experience. But it wasnt it was stressful and so much waiting. The food was good & the staff apologetic but this was not on at all.

Myself and husband stayed at the hotel. On Sunday as a treat night to relax before my husband forthcoming operation. Our experience of hotel was fantastic and we're able to check in early and enjoyed a lovely lunch. We were aware of the problems for others trying to check seeing the amount of people queuing to check in. We went to our room at 7.30 to chill, however at 8.45 our door was opened by a gentleman who had been given room 1212 on check-in. I was having a shower at the time and. My husband was resting on the bed. This is clearly a security issue and can't imagine what would have happened if we weren't in the room as. My husbands medications and car keys were sitting on the desk. This was the first time we have stayed in the hotel. And what was. Meant to be a relaxing night turned into a very stressful evening causing both of us to struggle to sleep for fear of this happening again. We called reception who didn't answer the call and when wespoke to reception in the morning were told it shouldn't have happened. No other explanation was given. Emailed hotel looking for some sort of explanation from management no reply to date

Fab hotel and lunch was amazing as was breakfast. Check in was quick and the room was lovely .Just a few minutes walk to the OVO.

Lovely hotel but nightmare checking in we arrived at the hotel at 4.25pm and did not get our room key until 6.50pm. Our dinner was booked for 5.30 which we had to cancel as we would have lost our place in the neverending queue. Room very nice and breakfast smashing also very nice staff

Sorry to write this review but check in was awful there was a queue about 200 people an hour in queue to be told our room wasn’t ready at 4.00 pm don’t know what was going on but there were a lot of angry people in the queue. Got our room at 4.50 pm. There was still a queue at 7.00pm. Had our dinner booked for 5.30pm got served 40 mins later. Will likely never use this hotel again.

On arrival it was so busy as a function on and we were to get a voucher but receptionist was training and said just go to bar for voucher. We did this and after waiting in large que we were told cant have free drink without voucher. The bar girl went to reception and told us to join the large que for check in to get voucher. Eventually after feeling embarrassed as trying to get voucher we got voucher. Our room was cold and the que was too long to go and ask for help. Breakfast was brilliant and very attentive staff.

Excellent stay. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was great breakfast and dinner. The hotel was very busy with concert goers and party night participants but we managed to get a table in the restaurant and bar without any issue. The pool is small but adequate. I didn’t use the gym but it appeared well equipped. The room was spacious modern and clean. The only issue was checking in as so many people arrived at the same time and we had to queue for quite a time. However the hotel offered juice and wine whilst waiting which was lovely. I have already booked my next stay.

Hotel was spotless and staff were fantastic we got a voucher for Christmas and chose to stay at the crowne plaza Glasgow which was a very good choice we also had the 20% off food and drinks we had a pizza for dinner and had full cooked breakfast which was really good.

Had a brilliant stay at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow. The hotel was spotless despite that fact that it was a Saturday night the Hotel was full with events taking place at the SEC, Hydro and Armadillo. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and a huge choice for Breakfast, and the late check-out was an added bonus. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be using it whenever we are staying in GlaSGOW.

Excellent hotel, location for events. High floor gives excellent views of city and river. Rooms / staff excellent and what a breakfast. Overall a great experience.

The crown plaza is a fab hotel arrived at 12.30 and we were able to check into our room as it was ready, second time this has happened the staff are very friendly and nothing is a bother,the rooms are spotless and all the wee extra treats are really nice , bottle water, biscuits tea coffees etc. The leisure facilities are amazing nice towels and showers with gel, shampoo and conditioner pool opens at 7.30 breakfast is served until 11am so plenty of time to go for a dip and have breakfast afterwards before check out at 12 it's amazing so chilledx

Despite arriving 2 hours later than anticipated. We had an amazing staying. Reception & Restaurant Staff really accomodated our requests as we ended up short for time as we had a Show to attend. An amazing Room on 11th Floor. Look forward to returning in Nov for another stay & Show
