I have stayed here before and have never had any issues with the Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The meals are good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. No issues whatsoever.

Two day break, a very nice welcoming when we arrive, its an older building so we knew it might be a little dated in some things, our room was comfy, but dated, the restaurant and bar was lovely, the food was superb, what a chef you have, the hotel staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for you not just there job but really nice people, we will come back again, thanks.

This is our 3rd time being at the Aberdour Hotel. We love this hotel as it is dog friendly, plenty lovely walks roundabout the area. The food is first class. It was steak night. Two steaks and a bottle of wine for £49.50. As you are given £20 each allowance for dinner we only put £10 to it. We'll worth the extra. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. Our room was small and very cozy, spotless clean. We will no doubt be making a 4th visit here at some point

My husband and I stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good at Dinner equally the breakfast was very good too

Excellent from arrival to leaving. Booked 2 rooms 4 + 5 Rooms were clean with everything you needed although a bit dated. Breakfast and meals were great, good food and the staff were brilliant. All hotel staff were the most helpful and friendly that I’ve came across. Local town very small and quiet but Burnt island Anstruther and Saint Andrews are not too far. Would definitely recommend this hotel for good food and friendly staff.

Lovely friendly Hotel. Great base for touring that part of the world. We had a wonderful day out at Rosslyn Chapel. The Hotel is not far from the beach in Aberdour or from the award-winning beach at Silver Sands, where there is a great cafe with very friendly helpful staff and amazing cakes. Staff at Aberdour Hotel are very good and couldn't do enough to help everyone. Room was clean and tidy and had enough room for us and 2 springers spaniels. They even provided a cover for the bed in case the dogs want to share it with you. We had wonderful little break and would recommend to anyone.

We spent an enjoyable night at the a erdour hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and ensuite facilities were perfectly fine. Dinner and breakfast were very well presented and just as good to eat

We had a great 2 night stay with a meal both nights. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the menu had a big choice.We decided to stay at this hotel because there is also an excellent vegetarian menu. Home cooking. Comfortable 1970s style. Very welcoming and we would stay again.

Lovely hotel, room clean and bed comfortable, staff warm and welcoming. Had our dinner there and it was lovely also the breakfast was very good to. 25 mins on train to Edinburgh but unfortunately there was a strike when we were there. Free parking at station carpark just a 2 min walk from hotel, really enjoyed our night away and would defo go back.

We had a lovely time. Staff were fabulous in all areas, couldn't do enough for you. Food delicious. We booked dinner in the hotel for our second night too! Hotel is very old so we didn't expect boutique perfection. Room furnishings were a bit dated but served the purpose well. Comfortable bed and clean enough room. Towels perfect quality. (Although a bit of bleach around the bath silicone wouldn't go amiss)

Great visit here, hotel in perfect location for walking on the Fife Coastal path and for local golf club. Also perfect for local transport as bus stops close by and train station just a short step away. The hotel rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were so very friendly and couldn’t have been more friendly. The food was very good and well presented. We will definitely come back here.

Second time at this hotel and could not praise it high enough. Staff are excellent really friendly always happy to help with anything. Spoke with Scott, the owner this time as well and could not praise him high enough either. Weather was great which made all the difference. The food is amazing as always. Will be back again!!

Staff really friendly and great food. Stayed 2 nights, had lunch & dinner in the bar area and breakfast both mornings. Dog friendly hotel which suited us and the dog was allowed in the bar with us.

We have stayed in numerous hotels over the years but have never had such a warm welcome as we did at this hotel!!! From the minute we walked in we were treat as old friends from Scott and Pam, we felt at home immediately The hotel was spotlessly clean and the food amazing, ( the best fish pie I have ever tasted, my hubby said the best steak and ale pie too) If I’m being totally honest....... the hotel is a little tired in places, maybe a lick of paint here and there but the warmth and friendliness far outweighs the decor We will most certainly pay a return visit, trhankyou for a lovely time, your staff are amazing, Scott, Pam and Sharon, along with everyone else, your customer service skills are second to none x

Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Staff were excellent and only too willing to help even though they were constantly busy. Room may have needed a bit of an overhaul but it was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. Would not hesitate to go back

The room was adequate but the bathroom facilities were disappointing as the silicon sealant in the shower was black with mould and the shower was old and needed replacing. However the food was very very good and the staff were superb.

Fabulous hotel , excellent food and service. My husband is gluten free and they catered for him very well.
