LOVELY HOTEL AND ROOMS. POOL AND SAUNA WERE GOOD ALTHOUGH THE POOL WAS VERY BUSY ON ONE OCCASION SO UNABLE TO SWIM. SERVICE WAS GOOD ALL IN ALL. I ENJOYED MY DINNER B AND B PACKAGE.

The rooms are a bit bland but clean. Some staff very good and friendly. Service at Dinner was inconsistent - mainly as you had several people attending to your table. this meant that allergy questions were asked to three different people.... Food looked stunning but occasionally the flavour lacked a little. However certain dishes were lovely so maybe we just picked the wrong thing some evenings.

Lovely hotel with good food. Drinks expensive. Nice golf course, but can get a bit wet under foot. Take a buggy.

Had a great stay on 23-24/7/15. Staff couldn't be more helpful, hotel facilities excellent and food couldn't be beaten. Their awards are obviously well earned. I booked via Classic Britain, Daniella, and she excelled in her service too.

The hotel, facilities, room and food were very nice as you would expect from a 4* hotel.However, there were a number of issues. We tried to check in at 2.50pm to be told our room wasn't ready, to have a seat and someone would come to tell us when it was. After 45 minutes waiting no-one came so we went back to reception-the room was ready but no-one came to tell us, not a good start. Good food but very slow service, especially at breakfast where there was a big queue, tables were not cleared, waited ages, terrible, NOT what you'd expect from a 4* hotel (apparently 2 staff phoned in sick but hotel should have some sort of cover, surely?) One other thing was the 'new' lager, which the bar staff recommended, though she didn't mention the price,

Great trip. The rooms service and meals were all excellent and the package was great value for money. We will go back to this hotel and if possible will book it through classic Britain. The dining room was busy at breakfast and it is advisable to go reasonably early if the hotel is busy. Golf course was good and in good condition with the possible exception of the bunkers

We had a realy lovely stay at the hotel and just wish that we had had more time to enjoy the facilities. Next time I will allow more time to use the pool and spa area.

We had a great stay at Cardrona Hotel. The rooms were very spacious overlooking the golf course. We also had a sofa bed in the room which was really good to sit and look out to the views but it could have done with a little clean as there were stains on it. Food was excellent for both evening meal and breakfast in fact I would say it's the best selection for breakfast I have seen. Especially the fresh fruit. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The swimming pool is lovely and clean and has nice outlook. My husband and son booked the golf and enjoyed that too. My daughter in law who is due a baby in 2 weeks felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the break. We wish we had booked another night. We have stayed at this Hotel a few times and will definitely be back.

Staff were polite and helpful, hotel was clean and well kitted out. The facilities were flexable with times and had a good range of facilities. The pool area was missing a jacuzzi but sauna and steam room were very good. Golf course was well maintained and the shop was helpful.

Had an excellent overnight with my Mum and Neice. It was a 90th birthday celebration for my Mum. We had a wonderful time from start to finish Would definately go back.
