We enjoyed our brief stay very much & have no serious complaints. The bath taps in room 121 need attention as it was very difficult to turn them off completely. some drawers for personal effects would also have been appreciated.

Enjoyed our stay been to this hotel on several occasions staff very helpful and food is really nice, had great view over loch long and the arrochar Alps. Great place to stay if you enjoy hill walking rooms are nice but a wee bit dated.

Would certainly use this hotel again. Very pleasant stay, staff efficient & friendly. Only complaint was the toilet bowl was badly marked.

Spent 2 nights here.staff are very friendly.service is great.food is very good.would definitely go back.we had a great view of the cobbler and loch long from our room (108).the beds are really comfy.the only thing I would say is that the bathroom needs a little tlc. Overall , a nice relaxing break.

Our second stay at Arrochar Hotel and we saw a vast improvement in the rooms since our last visit. Great value for money, food very good, we would go back again.

Hotel was liveable but food was of poor quality, was as shame, hot chargrilled tiger prawns on lettuce and cucumber just doesn't go lol Sunday roast was very poor, beef was really over cooked and was slemmy yuk....

Been to Arrochar Hotel previosly and really enjoyed my stay again. Staff are so friendly and food is excellent. We had a room with a fantastic view of the loch and Ben Arthur. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Arrochar for two nights recently, very enjoyable stay, however we felt the room could do with a facelift, apart from that found all the staff to be very helpful and exceptionally pleasant to us, nothing was any trouble to them, will go back

Best Available Room Allocated was purchased but on arrival we were given a very very small single room at back with a small double bed pushed up to a wall! After returning to reception we were then given a superb front facing large double room with bath!!! This should have been allocated in the first instance.

Our expectations of this hotel were met, given the rating that it has. We chose to book because of the tribute acts that were performing. The 1st night was Elvis, who was ok, the second night was the "rat pack"..which happened to be just a solitary gentleman called Raymond and he wasn't very good at all, in fact he sucked the life out of the place. The hotel needs a lot of TLC, in a lot of places, particularly the public access locations such as the corridors, you only have to stand at one end and look toward the other end and if you can see a picture hanging straight and level on any wall, then you are a better person than i. All in all, the location is superb, the food was ok, the accommodation was ok, the service was ok, the staff pleasant enough but the hotel needs love, lots of it and some energy pumped in wouldn't go amiss either. Based on this showing , we won't book with CB again...sorry

Elvis was good and food was lovely, staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the walls were paper thin and you could here everything from next door. I was wakened at 5.20 am with the next door neighbours telly switched on and loud talking. Can't account for noisy neighbours though.

had a lovely time i booked 3 rooms for 6 people , but i didnt like my room as it was room 215 and next to lift and door banging all the time then a fire door banging after lift door then floor squeeking outside room door . i was actually crying in tears with tiredness i got moved next day but to a twin room number 8 facing a wall but not many people walked by so was quiet . food and staff were really good but entertainment on the 2nd night was terrible ly mostly everyone left and went to pub down the road because of this was supposed to be rat pack tribute and was just one old man singing out of tune and giving a history lesson on every son ,will defo be going back but will make sure he is not the entertainment that week end , thanks

Enjoyed another stay at Arrochar. Waitress remembered us from our last visit which was nice. Only negative was the entertainment on Saturday night but suppose it was better than nothing.

We stayed for one night on a DBB deal which was excellent value... The room nice and comfortable, but was cold due to the drop in temperature. I called the reception regarding this and was furnished with a heater immediately.. The food was very nice and the overall service was spot on.... Would defineately return to the arrocher hotel....
