We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and well presented. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This represented great value for money. We will certainly go back at some future time.

Had an overnighter at this hotel. The bedrooms were fine. Comfortable beds and very quiet. The dinner choice was very good. Plenty of selection. and vey nice food. For a supplement you could pick from the grill which I did and the surf and turf was excellent.

Enjoyed and overnight stay at the Gables Hotel on the 23/06/15. An enjoyable visit from start to finish. My boyfriend and I were given a warm welcome and checked into our room which was fantastic, a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath. We had lunch and dinner in the hotel and service and food was of a very high standard. We would recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon.

We had a lovely stay in the Gables Hotel. Everything was good from the friendly staff to the four poster bed and the corner spa bath. We had no complaints at all and the deal we got through Classic Britain was fantastic value.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff all very pleasant. Did report crack in Lino and soft squelchy feel to bathroom floor in front of washbasin-wet rot?-but no action taken although we were there for 3nights. As this was an upstairs room we were concerned lest we end up in the room below!

Very nice one night stay. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and food very good too. Even though the restaurants were very busy the service time was still fully acceptable. A lovely hotel.

Service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Room small but perfectly fit for purpose and warm also! As a non egg- eating vegetarian, I found the options very limited but what I had was tasty enough. We would return- great value for the price we paid.

This was excellent value. The rooms were clean (towels could do with being replaced though). Staff were extremely pleasant. The service in the restaurant at night was pretty slow but the food was excellent. Would definitely return.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and all staff encountered very pleasant. The lady on reception was most helpful as she was able to accommodate a last minute booking for my sister in law (who we had not seen for 18 months)for a reasonable price. Food was good and great value for money. Only criticism was no Drambuie or Glayva in the bar. All in all great stay with good company in pleasant surroundings-will probably be back.
