From the minute we arrived until we left this hotel surpassed all we wanted and more. Rooms lovely, food lovely and service from staff was excellent. We will defiantly go back to this hotel and recommend to family and friends.

Hotel entrance and bar good food was great.the Room was very tired lots of cobwebs dresstable all chipped round edges bath seal black mould . for the older people its like crossroads lol

Overall a nice hotel, unfortunately we had an issue at breakfast as my wife had a morning roll with blue mould, and when we notified a member of staff she wrinkled her nose said "ew" and walked away. I then had to go and find a manager, who removed the rest of the rolls and thanked us for pointing the problem out. At no point were we asked if my wife would like something else or was she ok after eating part of the bread roll. Not great customer service. Disappointing as we had enjoyed our stay up to that time.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff. This hotel is dog friendly and it was hard to believe there were a number of dogs there as they were very well behaved. This is the second time my wife and myself have been there and i'm sure we will be back again. We were supposed to go there on the 28th of February for 2 nights but had to cancel after becoming ill. We able to change our dates to 7thMarch for 2 nights thanks to the hotel being able to accommodate us. It is in a smashing location for heading up and down the coast only a short distance off the A78

The hotel is very friendly and the staff can't do enough for you. O. Arriving at the hotel the receptionist notice that our room was on the first floor and that I would have trouble getting upstairs as I walk with a walker she quickly changed nit to a downstairs room as there is no lift in the hotel. The restaurant staff and the young girl in charge new her job excedenly well the food was excellent. We will definitely return.

Myself and husband stayed for 1 night. Just for a wee getaway. Hotel is amazing, reception staff were also really nice. Even let us check in to our room 2 hours early. Would definitely return for another break away.

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing arrived at hotel as this was our wedding venue 2025 it no longer is we were put in room 101 to find staines all the carpet mould on bathroom and hair in bed everywhere it was coming off the wall into the bath yuk was offered another room but we just left feeling extremely disappointed they have left us looking for a new wedding venue the guest rooms are out dated with no plan to updated please avoid at all cost if could include images a would.

Lovely hotel. Some bedrooms a bit tired looking but know there are plans to update these. Bigger toaster and water urn would make breakfast better organised.
