This is our 7th time staying at Derwent Manor. Another fantastic experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Even travelling with a VERY fussy vegetarian did not faze them. They accommodated everything. Wonderful food, exceptional staff and beautiful, clean rooms. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Fabulous location and surroundings. Well done, your staff are a credit to you.

Excellent stay! We got an up grade to a suite it was amazing!! The hotel is very clean staff very friendly and efficient. Food in restaurant Prego was very good and so was breakfast will definitely be returning! Spa a bit disappointing

Booked a very last minute break to this lovely hotel which has been refurbished to a high standard. Without exception all staff on reception, in bar and in the lovely restaurant were very efficient, pleasant and friendly. Food was of a very high standard and beautifully served. We didn't use the spa or gym on this occasion, choosing instead to enjoy being outdoors as the hotel is set in a very picturesque setting. Our room was very quiet (102), near reception, had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We will, without doubt visit again in the notvtoo distant future.

This is a lovely hotel in beautiful countryside. The staff are very helpful. Our room was larger than we expected with comfortable beds and a good level of equipment. The restaurant and bar are both charming and the menu has a good variety of dishes. We would recommend this place for a night or two.

Beautiful hotel but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. When booking I informed the my hotel break.com agent that my husband was in an electric wheelchair but could walk very short distances. We were allocated the first room nearest the lift on the first floor but had to climb two lots of stairs to get to the lift and descend 2 lots of stairs from the lift to our bedroom. We were unable to use the wheelchair and found it very difficult to access the facilities in the hotel. This did affect our enjoyment of our short holiday break. I would recommend this hotel for people with no mobility problems. It would have been beneficial if we had been told by the agent that the hotel was definitely not suitable for people in an electric wheelchair.

Gorgeous Hotel, fab comfortable 2 bed large room with a great view. Amazing meal in Prego restaurant, Antler bar spacious with a great outdoor terrace. The staff in all areas were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 1 night with 3 course dinner, breakfast and a bottle of wine in your room. Fantastic value and will definitely recommend & return. We didn't use the pool but it looked fab so will try that out on our next visit.

This is a fabulous hotel, ALL the staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were excellent and the food was 1st class. We initially booked for 2 nights but ended up booking a 3rd night because we were so impressed.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish, after arriving late (car broke down on the way there!) The staff couldn't be more fabulous so friendly and helpful, my partners a wheelchair user, we where given our own parking space round the back for easier access with wheelchair, the hotel and grounds are stunning and spotless, food plentiful and delicious (slight issue 2rd night with steak being sent out raw! But was resolved quickly, trainee chef that night), only 2 small things beds are low and difficult for my partner to get out off with back issues, but saying that bed was very comfortable, and rooms where extremely warm, but all in all a fabulous stay and will definitely return

Had once again the most amazing stay. We brought friends up from London and they also had an amazing stay starting from the beautiful rooms to the spa then onto having a beautiful dinner. Been to this hotel at least 6 times this year and it just gets better. Staff are so friendly from the receptionist to the bar staff and restaurant. Be definitely returning vert soon. X

Our stay at the Derwent Manor Boutique Hotel was excellent! The hotel’s recent renovation looks amazing. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, our room was really nice and the food in the restaurant was great too. The cherry on the cake for my wife & I was the hotel team carrying out our special request that we made when we booked the room about a month prior to staying. What an excellent and caring touch from the team! A wonderful stay. 10 out of 10 all round! Thank you :-)
