Food was exceptional. Strong paint fumes in bedroom, couldn’t open bedroom window as a nightclub adjacent to the hotel playing loud musiil 4am. Lovely, friendly staff.

Had a great stay. Staf pleasant and helpful, hotel spotless and the breakfast was lovely. A 5 minute walk to the train station. Definitely be coming back.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice. The hotel is well located for Newcastle City Centre attractions. The only drawback is the £14 per night charge for car parking which I considered a bit excessive.

Great location and staff are very helpful. The room was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast is great and lots to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant isn't great. The food was quite disappointing especially for a Marco Pierre White branded steakhouse. The steak was nice but nothing special, the chips were frozen chips, the veg was a few pea shoots and half a slice of ciabatta with a spoonful of mushrooms. The dessert was passion fruit Eton mess but again it was very runny and the meringues were shop bought. There's plenty of other places available to eat nearby for less money that might be better if you were looking for a special occasion meal.

Excellent stay. Really nice rooms well appointed. All staff were friendly and courteous. Had a meal in the Marco Piere White restaurant which was very good. Very good choices at breakfast, all in all a really good stay

Had a lovely stay at the Hotel Indigo. Location was excellent. The room was comfy and clean. There was a good choice of breakfasts. Service was 1st class Couldnt fault anything. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel Indigo , the staff are so friendly . Check in was quick and easy breakfast was so good .with plenty of choice and all hot food is cooked fresh to order . Nothing is to much trouble the staff work hard to make sure you are well looked after .. the rooms are very clean and spacious with a massive comfy bed . We would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back ..

Stayed on a two night break with dinner on the first night. Rooms allocated were great. Check in and out smooth. Hotel central. Dinner on the first night wasn’t great. Service was terrible. One of our party paid extra for the steak. Had to send it back as it wasn’t cooked as requested. When it was returned it was like charcoal on the outside and still undercooked. The biscuits and cheese were poor as well.

Lovely stay at hotel indigo. Check in was easy, had breakfast included both nights but was offered room service instead as the restaurant was booked up in the monring at the times we wanted. Much better for us who had a night of drinking the night before! Room was very clean and with plenty of room. Thin walls though. That or the room next doors music sounded like i was in the o2! Loved that the tv had a chromecast built in so we could stream netflix and prime from our phones. Staff friendly. Over all great stay. Price was incredible too!

We had a lovely two night stay with breakfast. The room was really spacious, clean and the shower was amazing. The location is great as it is so central and easy accessible for both shopping and bars abs restaurants . There was lots of choice at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We will certainly be staying again soon .. a perfect weekend break thank you.

Hotel was good, clean rooms, friendly staff, luvly breakfast scored highly. Disappointed our dinner reservation for the Marco Pierre White restaurant was cancelled due to lack of staff no score.

Currently waiting on hotel break getting back to me about the booking they couldn't honour as hotel restaurant was not open although we had booked dinner bed and breakfast. Had to go out to eat!!!!!
