As a returning guest found every effort made by staff to maintain welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Room was very clean and comfortable. Food was well presented with plenty of choice and waiting staff attentive.and polite ,even when restaurant very busy. A popular hotel with travellers and locals alike. Will definitely be returning for short break.

After staying at this hotel on several occasions in the past I regret that the standard of the food served in the restaurant has deteriorated. Had to complain about the food served to my husband . we did receive money off our bill but very unsatisfactory. In fact on our last two visits we felt the food was substandard a change of menu is overdue especially for regular visitors

My wife and I had our first 2 night stay at the Priory Hotel on 23/24 November 2015. This is one of the best Classic Britain hotels we have stayed in. All areas were clean and tastefully decorated. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable with a large bathroom with shower and corner bath. Staff were friendly and helpfull and food was very good. WE had high tea one night which is excellent value. My wife and I will definitely stay at the Priory Hotel again and are looking forward to our next visit.

This hotel was excellent. We had no idea what to expect but we certainly did not expect the level of comfort, service and general ambiance that the hotel provided. A great place to stay, easy to find and just 15 minutes by train from Inverness. Definitely on our list of approved hotels!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Priory Hotel. We had a first class room which was spacious and very tastefully decorated. The food was excellent and staff were very friendly and made us very welcome. Will definitely use this hotel again.

My wife and I have just enjoyed three nights at the Priory Hotel Beauly,every aspect of this stay was a delight, the staff were exceptionally friendly and proficient , the food was excellent , my wife has a Gluten intolerance but the Chef was able to serve a variety of gluten free menu options , all of which were exceptional . We would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

This hotel could not be faulted. Upgraded to probably best room in hotel - spotless,roomy and 2 comfortable armchairs which is a bonus in any hotel where generally only 1 chair is provided. Staff were excellent - welcoming and attentive to our needs. Food was special - great choice from all the menu We had a dinner package (3 courses) and could choose anything from the menu (2 exceptions)no matter the cost. Food had been prepared with great care and presentation and was mouth watering- Exceptional 10/10 Will be returning again in the near future.

We had a very good stay. Our bedroom was small and we weren't offered an upgrade as is normal in my experience with Classicbritain breaks. Food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Great value for money. I was very impressed with the room, it was very clean, larger than expected and the shower/bathroom had been refurbished recently. Staff were very friendly. Exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel.

This was a very enjoyable stay food was first class with big choice of menu. Staff very friendly. No problem for parking will stay here again either on way south or north if dates suit.
