Hotel was ok not what I was expecting we were served our full 3 course meal in 30min by anyone’s standards that’s very rushed and our bottle of Prosecco turned into a glass, breakfast was short staffed I couldn’t find anyone to take my order apart from that we enjoyed our stay and slept well

Firstly the hotel looked beautiful from outside, got to reception to be told our price was wrong (embarrassing) had to send them my email as proof. Then gets told it’s a king bed room and I’m like no it’s a twin booked which is stated in my booking email. Got to our room which was quite nice for a Maintenance man to just walk in! We then went out for a bit came back and got settled then noise all through the night from tvs blaring, noisy people in halls and shouting outside. Honestly for the price I won’t be doing again. Sorry but really wanted a relaxing weekend and got nothing if the sort. Oh one bonus the breakfast was 10/10

Definitely gone downhill. Food not as food as previous visits. Beds really uncomfortable and pillows like slabs. Noise from other guests horrific. Aircon very noisy. Think that’s our last visit. Very disappointed.

Easy online booking, had to contact mybooking to amend my booking which was done within minutes to my satisfaction and gratitude. The reception was very friendly and gave clear advice on all the amenities and breakfast times. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Only complaint would be the room was far too hot even with the air conditioning on and the window didn’t have the option of opening for external air. Breakfast on both mornings was great with everything for your preference hot and cold. Checkout at 12.00 was ideal for the extra long lie in, would recommend highly.

Lovely stay, staff were all very friendly! Managed to check in early. Location is nice but not close to any shops or pubs so quite out the way, perfect to escape a bit. Room was nice quite basic decor but also had everything you need to hand, very quiet so slept easy in a massive bed. Shower was amazing very powerful. Breakfast was nice lots of options, and can ask for a vegetarian/vegan options too.

Great leisure facilitys ? Room clean/spacious + nice + cool not too hot,Dinner was yummy as was breakfast (my only negative is the alcohol prices £9.50 for a large wine is more expensive than some central lomdon hotels) Apart from that had a fab stay ? Staff in restaurant + bar were lovely very attentive nothing too much hassle ? Will be back (but not to the bar for alcohol haha) ?

Very, Very Disappoined with Our Stay, first o we could not Access our Room until around 4pm. Room Very Tired, certainly Not 4 Star. Bed was Burst and Carpets Stained. Not Good At All. Breakfast was Average at best, Scrambled Eggs tasted Powder, Black Pudding had no Taste and Not Well Managed. I Would NOT Book this Deal Again, a Waste of £129. It Spoiled Our 37th Wedding Anniversay. Thank You Mr Stan Montgomery

We had a lovely stay here. All staff very nice. Comfortable room with lovely wee extra treats. Bit strange the kettle couldnt be plugged in where it sat and had to move to dressing table. Food was lovely especially the breakfast. Great value.

The hotel is one for my favourite places to stay the only thing was the toilet door was all damaged and ripped my toe nail Off.

Check in was really good, staf friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for our concert. We had booked a meal in our deal, and had chosen the 3 course set menu. This was sadly poor quality. Starter was limp and tasteless and the mains and dessert not much better. Breakfast thankfully was of a better quality.

From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we were well looked after. We stayed in a beautiful corner room overlooking The Clyde. A fabulous breakfast in the morning and everything was cleared from the table in a timely manner. Will certainly book again
