Stayed dinner bed and breakfast to nights was very nice meals lovely,staff very helpful,pool could have been a little warmer but apart from that would recommend it and would definitely go back

I was to ill to make the journey to Peebles, and was very dissapionted when I tried to cancel and found that I was still going to be charged. I have booked through your selfs to this hotel before and have other bookings to the same hotel in the future. I have directed other parties to your website in the past and feel that I should at least been offered an alternative date. Awaiting a response.

It is the second time we have stayed in the last few weeks and the menu hadn't changed a great deal could do with a bit more choice. also wine very expensive. However, we are going back again

Very Satisfied with my stay here. Room spacious and comfortable. My essential requirement of a separate shower cubicle was fulfilled. Food and ambience were first class. One small disappointment -- service in restaurant rather slow, but when the food arrived it was excellent

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent and the staff efficient, courteous and helpful. The only down side is the wine is so expensive! Have already booked another break there.

This was a lovely hotel. We had a fantastic time there. The only issue was that the staff didn't give us any information about when breakfast was etc we had to find that out ourselves using the welcome book in the room. Apart from that it was great and we would definitely go again.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were well furnished and clean. Food was very good. Waiters and waitresses were friendly and efficient. Daughters both had a spa treatment - ten out of ten. On a down point, pool area a wee bit tired looking and in need of an update.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Macdonald Cardrona. Ideal setting and spa and leisure facilities were good. The only downside was that the sports bar was closed in the evening and there was nowhere to watch sports TV.

The cardrona hotel is lovely, the only downside is that there is no bar area as such to relax in following an evening meal.

Drink prices are extortionate, my wife had a hair in her scrambled egg, when we called the waiter over , he picked it off her plate and that was the last we heard about that incident. But the staff were really nice, the hotel is in a lovely location and we will return.
