We enjoyed our short break the Cardrona Hotel.Because it rained all day 3rd June I had a really relaxing day;lovely back massage in the morning and a swim in the afternoon,did some reading and sewing.Our dog Toby enjoyed his walks and pats from other visitors.Husband just read and relaxed.Eileen Martin

Super hotel - 7th trip - first time at this hotel with Classic Britain - great upgrades to best available room. Great service, lovely room - very enjoyable stay again - already booked up through yourselves to return to this hotel in July !

We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the rooms were delightful and the views were stunning. One small disappointment was that the lunch we purchased in Spikes bar was poor, next time we would take lunch in the hotel restaurant.

Hotel was very clean, staff were very polite and courteous and could do enough to help us. My wife and I really enjoyed our first night away with our 7 month old son. The spa was fantastic, as were the views from our window! Keep up the good work. Highly recommended

enjoyed the break which was of the high standard expected. Room was good, but public areas at Cardrona were a little disappointing for the size of the hotel - lack of lounge/bar seating space. All staff excellent - well trained and all genuinely welcoming.

We booked a room with walk in shower and disabled facilities such as grab rails only to be advised that they do not have any. The service the first night was terrible with dinner taking over 3 hours for a 3 course meal. The bar area was littered with empty glasses and dishes. The food was good but the service lets the hotel down. Also drinks are expensive. Hotel has nice outlooks and leisure facilities are good. If you want a spa treatment you will need to book well in advance.

Staff were very helpful & friendly, food was excellent. Our room had a lovely view with french doors, very clean with all the furniture and fittings in good condition. Cardronna is an ideal location for visiting all the Borders attractions with lots of cycle and walking paths nearby.

Just returned from a 3 night stay and found hotel,staff and food all excellent. one critiscism wine vastly overpriced and basically stopped people spending time in bar.

My wife and I stayed one night bed breakfast and dinner. We couldn't have picked a nicer hotel the room was lovely big and comfy double bed huge shower cubicle and separate bath. The food was to die for, and the service was great. The views were breathtaking, I played a round of golf while my wife went for a spa which we both enjoyed. Will certainly be back thanks for a lovely stay.

Room 412 has a nice view of the golf course. Dinner and Breakfast were both very good. While a late check out of 12pm was included in this booking, 3pm is unusually late to be allowed to check-in. This was compounded when we sat in reception for an hour before checking in and the receptionist failed to tell us our room was ready.
