This is the second time my wife and I have enjoyed a short break at the Riverside Lodge, and again, it was a lovely experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Dinner was very tasty and well presented and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We had a lovely large comfortable room with a lovely outlook onto the garden to the rear of the hotel. We definitely intend to return to the hotel and have recommended it to our friends.

Our stay was fab x staff were lovely they never stopped x our food was amazing both husband and I had steak pie then I had trio of desserts and hubby had cheesecake x one of the best meals we have had for a while x only thing we could fault was room was dated could do with a wee refurbishment x drunks were a bit pricey

Our room wasn't ready on arrival but was soon actioned and they gave us another room instead. Hotel was great, staff very friendly and were very attentive, the food was really good, lovely room, comfortable bed had a fan in the room which was ideal as we were there on a warm day. Lovely to be able to sit outside on the decked area and enjoy a few drinks too. Already trying to get a date organised to go back.

We had a fab night at this hotel. When we arrived we all had been upgraded to bigger rooms with a view the rooms were big and a lovely outlook. The dinner and breakfast were good quality food and staff were lovely although we’d bit short staffed at breakfast. Would definitely be back at this hotel and would recommend to family and friends.

Hotel is beautiful… the food was exceptional but most o the staff are so polite and helpful especially the staff at breakfast and dinner service they work so hard and try accommodate every need .. will definitely be back

Hotel very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Large area for sitting and relaxing in the foyer. Dining room was large and airy. Bedroom was large and well equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverside Lodge Hotel. We have visited the hotel on a few occasions and have nothing but praise for the staff and the hotel itself. It must be the best value for money hotel that we have visited. Customer Service is not simply about meeting customers expectations it is exceeding them and the Riverside Lodge has done that on every visit. Our thanks to all the staff.

Yes been too this hotel 4 times and I must admit it one of the best hotels we have stayed in,the rooms are very comfortable and clean,bar and restaurant area immaculate,the dinner at night was restaurant quality My only complaint is the buffet style breakfast ,I prefer a breakfast put down to me,and the fried eggs and pototo scones were not the best,not a great choice In saying that it would not put me off going again. Staff are amazing too.

We had an amazing overnight at the riverside in Irvine Food was lovely very relaxed bar area and the rooms were fresh and clean Would defo recommend and a bargain price too Thank you

Beautiful hotel with a very nice room (paid £30 extra for a luxury room). Food was excellent. Grounds were well kept and very tasteful. The only complaint I have is that the shower was not working. It came on initially and then reduced to a drip!! This was disappointing! This was on both days. Also I had to ask for a hair dryer - there wasn't one in the room.

Another fabulous stay at the Riverside Lodge hotel. We have stayed many times and it never disappoints. We even had lovely weather this time so we were able to sit outside in the decking area! Excellent value for money.

Hotel is very central to walk into Irvine town centre. Hotel is lovely rooms are clean food is delicious and buffet breakfast is good. Would definitely be back to this hotel

Hotel had a bright and fresh feeling upon arrival. Staff were polite and friendly throughout stay. Food was very good, especially the buffet breakfast. Room was fine, clean with a comfy bed. No complaints and would recommend to family and friends.

Had a lovely second stay at this Hotel. Dinner was well presented and portions generous. Breakfast had plenty to select from and routinely replenished. Bedrooms very comfy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.
