This was my 2nd stay at Kingsmills with Classic Britain. It's in a quiet area of Inverness but within easy walking distance to the town centre and to the stations. Great value for money; very pleasant service and good sized rooms. Menu needs to be changed more often.

Everything was excellent, however.. The shower dial cover fell off and had shower head needed a good clean

Fantastic friendly staff. Food was lovely but not much vegetarian choice. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms with separate bath and shower. Would go back

The hotel is well run -clean and freshly appointed.The staff are efficient and helpful. A good leisure centre.This is the third time we have stayed in 6 months, which speaks for itself/

nice rooms if you pay for upgrade. Food is very good. Some rooms can be noisy if there is a party or wedding on.

Had a lovely stay at the Kingsmills Hotel, room fantastic, comfiest bed ever, staff friendly and efficient, lovely breakfast, only wish we could have stayed longer.

Room we stayed in was very nice and modern, however on the first night there was a function on below and the music and noise kept us awake until after midnight. The duvet was also a little on the thin side and there was no extra blanket in the room. Not what was anticipated for a restful weekend. Having phoned reception to ask when it would finish no apology was given. We dined both nights having both the a la carte and table d'h

I asked for an accessable room and this was stated in your email booking reference B ut the hotel said they had no notice of this request so after some negotiation we got an accessable room.If we had not arrived at 11am this room would not have been available

Poor layout in the hotel, one very small bar which cannot cope if there is a function on. The room was nicely sized, however we had to ask for tea, coffee and milk to be replaced each day. The staff were helpful and friendly, but we were charged for newspapers twice and our bill had extras amounting to

My wife and I spent three nights there. It was excellent in every way with a very friendly and courteous staff who seemed to anticipate anything which we might require. Everything was spotless, the food was excellent, the facilities were much more than we could use and the staff were so kind and helpful in every way. We will certainly be going back

Thank you Classic Britain for a wonderful weekend at the Kingsmills Hotel Inverness. We received an unexpected upgrade with our room and enjoyed all the facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. That was our first visit there but it certainly won't be our last

Bedroom -spacious, spotless, very comfortable But FREEZING. Food very good but same menu every nightis a bit boring.Price for wifi in bedrooms is a rip-off., however a big positive is the sevice and attitude of staff which cannot be faulted. A pleasure again to book through Classic, who we haveused for maby years and plan to so in future.

Room spacious and clean. Unfortunately, excessive creaking from floorboards, no extractor fan in bathroom, excessive noise from water pipes and the inability to open bathroom windows let our otherwise pleasant stay down.

My Husband, Son and I spent three nights at the Kingsmills Hotel (our second visit this year)and enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff were all polite, helpful and attentive. We could not pick out any special one as they were all of the same high standard. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food excellent. Hopefully we will be back again.

A lovely hotel and a beautiful room. There was nothing wrong with the food at all, just that the restaurant dinner menu was the same for the three evenings we stayed.
