Everything about our stay was very good only problem was the wait we had in restraunt to be served then the wait for food we had two children and asked for the child food to come 1st and she was served last Quality of my meal was not good cooked as I had asked it to be cooked but the quality of sausage was not.

Hotel situated in a nice area with good transport links into City centre either by bus or train. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Leisure facilities also very good with a decent swimming pool for those wishing to actually swim. Dinner was included for one evening of our stay and we opted to eat in restaurant but on hindsight would have preferred the Bistro as this seemed to have more a more relaxed atmosphere. Will know better next time. All in all had a most enjoyable weekend and definitely intend to be back

Hotel was clean and welcoming. We had a large bedroom and bathroom. Food excellent, all staff friendly and helpful. We had two nights dinner, bed and breakfast for the price of one and would certainly stay there again.

Accommodation at this hotel was of a high standard and ideal for a short stay. Unfortunately the food both at breakfast and dinner was disappointing although adequate.

Very nice hotel in a good area for visiting Edinburgh with bus stop to/from centre right at front door of hotel. Rooms, staff, leisure facilities, food all of a very high standard. Hotel also in a very quiet area, despite being near to the centre of Edinburgh (via a bus that is). All in all a very good relaxing break and would recommend the Kings Manor and would return ourselves. Leisure includes sauna, steam room, quite large pool and Jacuzzi. Changing area large, modern and clean with plenty of showers. Reception staff courteous and helpful. Plenty of options for eating and varied choice with good quality food in generous portions. Room large, clean and comfortable, with maid service every day.

This Hotel has never failed to please us. Got a lovely big room (upgraded) Had dinner in the restaurant - food good as usual . Had time to go for a swim in a decent size pool . Very friendly staff - looking forward to going back again.

Meals in Restaurant were rather rich for our taste but meals in Bistro were excellent. Room as we have had previously first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel itself very comfortable with great facilities including a 20m pool & and in a lovely residential area with easy access to the centre of Edinburgh & Portobello beach There is an excellent disabled access room if needed

Great wee Sunday overnight. Staff all really friendly and nothing seemed a bother to them. Great value for money. Room lovely, and the food was absolutely gorgeous Wwould not hesitate to return to this hotel.
