Due to storm we traveled up earlier than planned to the area, we arrived late but was still met with a very helpful member of staff who explained everything, we did not have dinner but had the breakfast next morning, good breakfast selection.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay, room was spotless clean with a comfy bed, dinner was excellent with a great choice to suit every taste, although we weren't there for the tribute night we were pleasantly surprised to find there was also entertainment in the lounge on Friday night, staff were lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you, all in all we had a great time and will definitely be going back.

Would definitely recommend this hotel arrived to find out cosy double room had been upgraded at no cost to superior deluxe room can't fault facilities swimming sauna/jacuzzi even changing room top class food in restaurant at night was excellent as well high tea in afternoon was to die for will 100% be booking again

Had a very enjoyable three night stay in this lovely but hilly town.Hotel situated at bottom of the high street which has a shops, eateries and pubs, not too busy at this time of year, locals were very friendly. Hotel little bit dated, rooms were adequate without being luxurious, maybe upgrade pillows and have complementary water on arrival, staff were lovely, friendly and courteous

We had a fantastic stay at the Angus on a 2 night break. Hotel is spotless, great food, great rooms and really friendly and helpful staff. The leisure facilities are spot on and make the hotel a bit more special. Will definitely return again and again.

Fantastic couple of days away. Hotel was brilliant and the pool was lovely. Unfortunately I couldn’t book a massage but maybe next time. The food and staff were amazing and so friendly. They allow dogs which is a big advantage for us.

Our hotel stay was good. Unfortunately we had an issue with our afternoon tea which was booked through the deal. The staff accommodated for us but we still felt a bit disappointed. Rooms were dated, mainly bathroom.

Had a lovely time staying at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner. All staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel has a lot of pluses. The staff are very friendly and the food is ok They also have a very nice spa pool. The only problem was we paid extra for a king size bed room instead of a cosy room, but the room we were given had a double bed and there was not very much space. Reception insisted the bed was a king size, but gave us another room. This room was not any better, but decided to accept it and enjoy our break. Which we did.

We've been coming to the Angus for the last few years in Oct/Nov and always look forward to returning, the staff, as always, are lovely and do their best to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very pleased with the room upgrade and as the pool was unavailable due to work being done we were given a free bottle of prosseco. Staff were friendly and very helpful in all areas including the restaurant where we had a lovely meal. Can highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Overall the stay was brilliant, restaurant in hotel was really good and the leisure facilities were top class and really modern. The only thing I would point out was some of the decor is dated with wallpaper peeling away in places and the mattress seemed a bit older as it made noises when moving. Overall a fantastic visit and will be booking again in the future.

First time staying here and we will definitely be back. The spa facilities were amazing, hotel was spotless, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating especially manager Paul and his team Poppy and David. Food was lovely and fresh. Blairgowrie itself is quiet but plenty of lovely walks, tea rooms and shops to explore. Overall had a very relaxing time.

We stayed for 2 nights bed and breakfast, 1 night evening meal and an afternoon tea. We stayed in one of the square view rooms . We had a great stay , no complaints , room was great , food was really good , the fish and chips was amazing , all the staff were very pleasant, breakfast was good and the spa was amazing. This is our 2nd stay here and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend to anyone. Well worth the money

Love staying at The Angus Hotel. Lovely walks and easy to get to Perth for a day visit. Great spa which is always clean and refreshing. Lovely staff who are very helpful and friendly. Restaurant can be busy so food may be a little slow being served - doesn't bother us but some people were irritated.
