Liked the form which we had to submit before 9pm for our breakfast requirements. They have a app for ordering the meals, which we did not use but told the waiter our order, we waited 45mins for fish& chips. I am ok with dogs but don't agree with them being in the dinning room as there was a few disagreements with other dogs. Staff were good and the place has a great view.

We have stayed at the Killin Hotel a few times now and always find it very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the rooms clean and tidy. We felt very safe and everything was done to make it that way, with cleaning and socially distancing. The food as always was delicious.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff only two criticisms being the mirror in bathroom is g for a super model . You needed to be 6ft tall to see in it! Wasn’t able to fix my hair or wear make up ! Breakfast was poor with one poached egg looking very lonely on the plate .

Had a room with a lovely view of the river, clean and comfy. Toilet was a bit cramped and there was a giant step to get up into the shower which was not ideal. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Booking dinner, drinks and paying for it is a fiasco. It has to be done via an app while seated at the table. Can not be booked in advance as you do not know which table you will be sat at. Other than that the food was good! Breakfast is booked via a paper questionnaire and quite straight forward, breakfast was good!! Good value for money, we only stayed the one night.

Very comfortable and well organised. Ordering food and drink through a web page is an easy and safe way to work with the covid restrictions and is very efficient. Room had a lovely view across the river.

We really enjoyed our break. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was good and service was quick. The controls in place for Covid-19 were well thought out and easy to follow.

Situation Is good and surroundings are pleasant, hotel itself is tired and could do with a overhaul. Bathroom had seen better days and a bit “put together” to make functional. Signed of leak about toilet area with floor tile starting to lift. Room we had was on top floor and numerous stairs to reach. There was a old lift but we used the stairway rather than the aged looking lift. Bed was acceptable but did look a bit domestic rather than come quality. Staying for only one night and warm day so heating was not issue for room. Evening meal and breakfast was included and food and service was very good. Drinks were ordered through phone using hotel site. Could be tiresome if you were constantly having to use if staying in drinking for a while. Staff were pleasant with both receptionist and restaurant manager friendly and helpful. In this Covid time was surprised to see breakfast had buffet for toast, cereal and drinks. Cooked meals were table service and maybe a bit slow. Overall hotel was Ok. But would not be first choice for return visit.

We've stayed at the hotel 5 times now over a few years and were really pleased with our room even though we had a few problems with the shower the staff were very prompt in dealing with it. We felt the hotel seemed a bit short staffed in the restaurant and my partner's steak pie was lacking in meat which was disappointing. We also waited half an HR and eventually gave up trying to our our dessert. On the whole we had an enjoyable stay but felt the hotel was maybe a bit overwhelmed with the volume of customers and lack of staff. We will come back as it is one of our favourite places to stay.

As always a wonderful stay at this hotel. Accommodation is very comfortable. Food is of a high standard and staff are very friendly and helpful. A minor issue about hier was dealt with very promptly. We will definitely be back.
