When booking up the Balgeddie Hotel thought lift was to all bedrooms not 10 should be made clearer on your site. A real struggle as we're both pensioners and my husband has just had a heart bypass and the attic room was far to much for him.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. The whole experience was perfect from start to end. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The room was nice and big with a huge bathroom with lovely white towels. The view from the two huge windows looked out over the very large lawn where we were able to see the deer in the morning running around. Awesome! The food in the restaurant we could not fault. We ate their for breakfast in the mornings and dinner every night. The selection of food on offer was outstanding and the portion sizes were very good. The pool area and sauna were stunning and we spent some time in there relaxing. The whole hotel was very clean and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Hotel very wheelchair friendly. Disabled assisted room very spacious with a view over the grounds. Excellent large wet room shower with plenty of assistance bars and substantial shower seat. Would highly recommend this hotel to wheelchair users. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very good with generous portions.

We actually didnt stay at this hotel, as when we arrived we found out we were double booked and didnt have a room. After much to-in and fro-ing with yourselves and the hotel we eventually got a room in a nearby hotel, which we were happy with. We book with classic britain a lot and have never had this problem before, and hope we dont have it again. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel comfortable, staff friendly and prompt service in the restaurant. Good welcome at reception. Bad interference on TV at times. Tv too small for size of room. Food needs a bit of a lift.

We have just returned from a mini-break (3 nights) at Balgeddie House Hotel and had a wonderful time. It was a family break (5 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) and we all enjoyed it. Family rooms were great, attentive staff, good food, nice garden, good pool - absolutely nothing we could complain about. Would return again and recommend.

A wedding was taking place and there was insufficient staff to clear glasses as a result had to ask bar staff to clear outside tables we were sitting at.

this is a first visit for me at this hotel and it will not be that last, what a lovely comfortable hotel and spa. The rooms are very modern and spacious with a lift which helps. the restaurant and food serve fresh produce of locally sourced food cooked and served to perfection, the staff are very friendly and helpful, I will be back again.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Balgeddie House Hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful and food was good. Only negative was the bath in the en-suite which really needed resurfacing. Good spacious room with lovely view over the garden.

Our room was in the new wing of the hotel. It was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast and dinner offered great choice and the food was very good. If I had any complaints it was only the fact that staff hoovered the fitness suite (directly under our room) just before midnight every night. Apart from that it was a great break and ideally situated for visiting the surrounding areas. We have been before and will definitely be back again. Superb value with great service. Recommended!
