Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great hotel with excellent location in the town. Friendly staff, food choice was good and tasted excellent. Spa was great and relaxed with regular visits there. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Had a very nice short break @ the Palace Hotel & Spa in Inverness. The staff,food & service were fist class. This will not be the last time we visit this friendly hotel.

The Bedrooms were good but you could hear the guests in the next room having a conversation. Breakfast was good but evening meals were pricy and not very good value for money. Had the afternoon tea and ordered a ham Salad but what came was a side dish of salad with 2 pieces of ham and 2 bits of pineapple with some frozen chips. Could have eaten better at Morrisons suupermarket!!!!! The spa facilities were excellent though In summary, good for Bed and Breakfast and spa deals, but eat out in Inverness in the evening.

Food great, friendly helpful staff. Room very disappointing considering the room rate and this was supposedly the "best available" Rubbish view, poor decor, single bed with tiny duvet and curtains that are too small for window.

Hotel was lovely, room had a beautiful view over the river. Service in dining-room was very disappointing. Staff appeared to have no interest in their job, no courtesy at all, no friendly chat, such simple basic faults on service, very poor for such a lovely hotel.

Perfect 2 night stay at the Palace Hotel last weekend. Pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the bedroom (we were there on a special offer so you automatically expect to be relegated to the worst rooms!) No complaints at all, everywhere was lovely and clean, and the service was friendly and efficient during our stay there. Would definitely recommend.
