Lovely hotel. Beautiful room and stunning view. Asked for table for lunch - waiter told us we’re fully booked and was a cafe and burger bar down the road. Bit disappointed with service at dinner though. Asked for a bottle of white wine it was served warm-told the waiter he then put ice in wine cooler and said hope that works. My husband ordered chicken curry and was served vegetable curry. He sent it back and was rectified.

Fantastic hotel boasting unrivalled views over the loch from our balcony. The service was exceptional as was the food. Room was spacious, clean and catered for all our needs including a private sauna. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Having stayed at the hotel a few times over the past few years and loved it I felt a little disappointed this time. The hallways and room seemed a little dated however they where clean. The food was displayed beautifully but not as tasty as previous visits and tasted as though they had been under a hot plate for a while. The customer service was really nice. Still really enjoyed our stay and those views are breathtaking.

My wife had great break there, room was great with a beautiful view of Loch Lomond outside our room. Highly recommended, only downside was the meal, my wife ordered tomato soup, and the waiter brought over celery soup as they had run out tomato soup, he did apologise but why would you bring it over without asking. Really disappointed on that, it did spoil our dinner as she didn’t have a starter.

I left a comment stating I was Gluten Intolerant, when we got into the room there was GF biscuits on the tray - this was a lovely touch and most appreciated! The room was very spacious. the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the food was lovely. Would definitely return.

Fantastic as all very clean and staff are amazingly friendly and always there to help the hotel is fantastic to stay in I get the room with balcony and sauna in room large comfortable bed and food fit for a king been many times and never been disappointed will be back in new year

Absolutely fantastic stay from check in to departure. Customer service and attention to detail were a sheer delight. We were celebrating my partners 60th and we had a personal message in the room, complimentary prosecco delivered to the room and special birthday treats at dinner. Food was great, room and amazing loch view were superb. Beautiful bath and shower room which looked newly fitted. Will definately be back soon

Room with glass-fronted balcony overlooking loch and private sauna in room, great value. Restaurant also with loch view. Hall and some areas may need TLC soon? Beautiful location with Loch and Ben Lomond.

Amazing stay! The only one tiny negative was our room wasn't ready for 3pm. However, it was ready about 30 minutes later, so not bad at all. We stayed in a deluxe corbett- lovely room, luxe decor, amazing views over the loch and a nice cozy sauna in the room too. We were amazed to find all the toiletries were Molton Brown- we are huge fans. This just added an extra bit of luxury to the room. Our meal was so good! The service was amazing and the wine went down a bit too well. There seemed to be a lack of communication in the kitchen as we received our starters twice, our main came straight out as our starters were being cleared then they forgot about our dessert. However, the food was so nice and we were on the drunk side of merry so found this quite amusing. The waiters remained calm, professional and friendly throughout. The only downside of the meal was we ordered margaritas to start with, and received them with three big cubes of ice in them. The ice goes in the shaker, not the actual glass. Sounds pedantic, but iered down the tail and put us off having another one. The shower in the room was a personal highlight for me. It was so powerful it physically knocked you back slightly. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough room for 4 people in it. Breakfast the next morning- wow! The waiters and waitresses were so attentive and even let us order two hot items off the menu as we couldn't choose. We had eggs benedict/royale then a full Scottish breakfast. Food was amazing again. Tea, coffee and fruit juice on tap and the most amazing flaky pastry croissants. The view over the loch topped it off. We were disappointed we had to leave after only one night as it was so nice and cozy. The fireplace in reception sets the tone for the whole hotel. Will definitely be back at some point!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, my husband and myself had a fantastic overnight stay, our room was amazing, beautiful scenery from our balcony, the sauna in our room was out of this world. Dinner and breakfast was exceptional, staff were awesome very attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back soon

Absolutely great night at Lodge on Loch Lomond. Dinner, bed and breakfast package, well worth the money. Room was spacious and clean with the added bonus of the sauna. Hotel staff were lovely.
