We always stay at this hotel for our Anniversary every year. I was quite disappointed this year as on arrival the receptionist who checked us in was lovely and we where given our room which was an attic room, not a problem but the rooms we have had before have always been at the front of the hotel and bigger. We decided to go to the bar at the back of the lounge to be greeted by a young blonde girl with an attitude saying don't take your mask of until you sit down. We are 61 & 62 I think we know the rules, the other couple that was in the bar told us they received the same attitude! Usually there is another lady who has been there for years and is lovely to everyone so to say I was happy when she took over was an understatement. We ate both nights in the hotel but the food was disappointing this time as well. All other staff where lovely and attentive.

Occupied comfortable, well-equipped twin room on first floor. Dinner menu was quite extensive and food was delicious, although sea bass was seriously over-cooked. Bottle of wine supposedly included as part of stay unfortunately did not materialise. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. One of the main assets of this hotel is the staff: we have high praise for their attentiveness and efficiency.

This was our 33rd anniversary and basically we could not fault the hotel in any manner of means in fact out all the hotels we have stayed in since signing up with my hotelbreak.com its the best yet. The staff are all lovely and that includes everyone, they even knew the Inveraray Inn song. I think this hotel is going to do very well in 2022 due to the recent filming that took place as it shows Inveraray at its best, we will return hopefully soon.

Considering the hotel is over 250 years old it is in very good condition. Nice fresh decor. Comfy bed and seating. Meals were very good and reasonably priced. As was the drink. All in all a good 2 night stay and certainly worth what w e paid for it.

My wife and I are regular visitors to the Inveraray Inn and really have to complement the hotel and the staff for the top notch food and service we kindly received during our 2 night stay. Can't thank you enough for looking after us both and making us feel so welcome and relaxed.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely room with a fine view over Loch Fyne. Will stay again if I get the chance.

Lovely hotel we were in room 112 was a lovely clean room and a great shower .Dinner at night had a really good choice very well presented fish and chips were lovely nice bottle of wine which was included.Staff we’re lovely

It was my birthday weekend away and we spent most of it in our room as clearly not a great hotel to take a dog too , breakfast we had to have in our room and we even had to go down and bring back up ! No table in room so sat at dressing table ! And diner at night in small public bar where if someone playing pool u kept having to move ! Also we don’t want to be in small busy places during Covid and this was very uncomfortable for us so I’d defo say but dog friendly , we did ask if we could eat in conservatory out front and were told no , so we will not be going back and fell we wasted 158.00 and I wasted my birthday such a shame as we have already been happy with your choice of accommodation but it’s left me quite
