One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The hotel itself is superb, the food was marvellous and the staff very helpful and friendly. We were not charged for our wine at dinner because we had to wait over 10 minutes for it to come to our table - otherwise it would have been a 10 for service

Modern, making the most of original features of the building. Very trendy. Very clean. Great value and near the city centre and lots of restaurants and bars. Great in room facilities

We were warmly welcomed and rooms were bright, spacious and clean. Bathrooms are modern with an excellent showers. Dinner was included in our deal, the menu was limited and the portions could have been a wee bit bigger but the food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was very good with table service for hot meals, the buffet selection was varied too.

We had a fab night staying in the double room visiting the Daisy Tasker restaurant at night - Overall very modern, and the food was amazing. Only downside is the parking charge, but was more than happy to pay.

Treated my adult son who has autism & learning disabilities to a Sunday night stay with dinner & breakfast. From the minute we entered the hotel we were made to feel special. The environment was autistic friendly, I was impressed by the pod style seating in reception area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and our room was clean, comfortable and great size. Loved the underfloor heating in bathroom. I would have no hesitation in recommending this as suitable venue for people with Autism. We will certainly be going back
