Staff are a credit to this hotel, delightful to deal with. The rooms are clean and a good size (perhaps in need of an upgrade), suitable for our needs. The food was good (particularly nice on the Saay night), 3 choices per course and a kids menu. You can catch a bus outside the hotel into the center of Blackpool. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely rooms. Plenty hoer. Superb hotel and friendly helpful staff. Relaxed dining with very nice food. The only negative was that the rooms were very warm overnight even with ceiling fans on all night plus a table top fan kindly provided by receptionist.

Family room was lovely, a very good size but unfortunately the bathroom let it down. Extremely tired, bath was awfully stained and toilet would not flush. We were only staying for 1 night otherwise we would have requested a room move. Cannot fault the hotel in any other way otherwise and would definitely stay again.

Good pet friendly hotel, lovely public areas, bedroom was fine and clean. The breakfast was very good but unfortunately the dinner was very disappointing. Would advise to go B&B only and eat out.

Stayed at the IOTP for 2 nights, booked a boutique room(on the second floor), and it was lovely, nice bathroom, with bath and over shower, large flat screen TV, tea & coffee tray, nice comfy bed, not so nice view of the car park. We were DBB, the food was very good even though the menu at our evening meal was limited, breakfast was buffet, there was a substantial spread, from cold, to hot buffet, plenty of choice, staff fantastic also. The hotel is situated right on South Promenade, can't fault the position, for the beach and St Anne's , all in all no complaints, most enjoyable couple of days, weather was kind also.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn on the Prom, the room was fantastic with a lovely sea view. There were three coach parties in and they were lovely people. The food was nice but I would like to add I was rather disappointed that on the second night they took away the sweet buffet and, even though you could order a sweet from the waiter, it was not the same as being able to have a little bit of everything. I must add that I did think the staff were too keen to get cleared away. I would, therefore, advise anyone eating late to be down by 7.30 and ask the staff when they are going to clear the sweet table. I certainly did on the third night. Otherwise the staff were very nice and friendly and the service was very quick. Also good entertainment, especially on the second night and we had a good dance. I would definitely go back there again, a lovely location with great access to the buses to go into Blackpool and Lytham.

Front of house staff were very pleasant and helpful. When eating in the restaurant, the staff were rushing you to finish. Plates were being cleared from the table just as you were finishing eating.

We had 2 rooms for our party of 4, were supposedly upgraded to Boutique rooms on the 2nd floor but they we're very small and dark could hardly turn round in the bathroom! No view looking at a brick wall 5yds away! Though it was very clean, had the upgrade rooms as they allow Dogs in the standard rooms! Although there were Paw prints on the wall of one The rooms!!!The room next door had Dogs in it! The hotel is very well located for the lovely small town, The rest of the hotel is very modern and clean, in general the staff very helpful, The food at Breakfast was Excellent with a great choice, O Dear the bad bits, the Evening meals and menus need a lot to be desired! A Chicken Leg on the Bone for the Main! Why!!! We have stayed in other 3*** hotels where the food and choice was excellent! In the Lounge and Bar areas "Dogs" are allowed to sit on the chairs and sofas, We don't want Dog Hairs on our Clothes!!! One evening a guest put their Dog on the Bar itself! Where the 2 staff proceeded to pet and stroke it, then served another guest without Washing their Hands!! Yuk!!! All in all an enjoyable stay, would we Return "NO" not with the dog situation, and the poor evening meals........

We had two separate bookings, first being from 3rd to 4th May and consecutive booking from Wednesday 4th May checking out on Friday 6th May. Three nights not one. We had booked a front facing boutique room which was an excellent choice with the view looking out towards the beach and sea The hotel is very comfortable and in the main the food is good with an adequate choice of menu, together with excellent service. However the breakfast on the last morning was less than satisfactory with certain items not available or had been prepared much earlier. We breakfasted at approx 8.50 (breakfast until 9.30) and were followed by another couple who we overheard to say there was limited choice and they would make sure they were earlier the following morning. The hotel caters for coach parties as well as individuals and there were two coach parties during our stay. Both coach parties, who formed the majority of guests during our stay, were departing on the morning of the 6th and consequently had dined early that morning resulting in somewhat limited choice left and not replenished. As it was our last morning we didn't need to complain as there was enough to satisfy our needs whilst not offering a full choice. To us this was not a major issue. Otherwise we had an excellent break and certainly would stay at the hotel in future. All the staff are very considerate and helpful and the facil are very good. Whilst certain areas of the hotel need a little TLC the hotel is in an excellent position overlooking the sea front and close to all amen.

All round a very nice hotel with good leisure facil and a great sea view from my room . A good nights sleep could be improved with the upgrade to king sized beds in the rooms. Meals are good with a very good breakfast choice as with most hotels the only negative would be the price of drinks are expensive . But I did find out from the barman that they do a special from 6 - 7 each evening where a double can be purchased for a penny more - should advertise this more.
