Lovely overnight, rooms were great and food was beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be charging guests for parking seems a little unfair.

Staff on arrival were very pleasant but on last day one lady was a bit grumpy. All bar and restaurant staff were excellent, quick, polite and helpful. Our room and surrounding area were a bit dated and needs modernisation but the room was very clean and did not put us off at all. Loved the garden and picnic tables and because the weather was good we spent a bit time there. 3 course meal was good, Scottish breakfast was a bit greasy for my wife, ok for me. The fried egg was not good quality. Our friend had eggs benedict first morning which he enjoyed but the pancakes he had next day were hard. The afternoon tea we had was absolutely excellent and thanks to the team for that. Overall great break in a lively hotel and Coach House bar and we are looking forward to returning another day

Very disappointed with this hotel. Our bedroom had a single curtain stretched across the window, the wardrobe had no top and no bottom, the bathroom door was badly damaged at the bottom and overall the hotel looked tired. The menu was varied but the quality of food was average. We did not take the afternoon tea which was included in the price.

Some better points from previous visits but the following are still items which require mention viz: 1) NO housekeeping or advices regarding this - suffice to say we ended up providing our own toilet rolls 2) No dram or offer of this at check- in 3) Car parking disappointing - the opportunity was there to add additional car parking at rear adjacent to station but it is noted that this is now a grass area 4) the price in the restaurant is excessive - suffice to say that the restaurant prices were more expensive than those in Nick Nairn's restaurant at Dunblane Hydro where we dined in the night after leaving Fishers Hotel 5) the hotel prices, even taking into account the pandemic, have increased by too large a percentage compared to other similar hotels.

Just back from a night at Fishers Hotel in Pitlochry. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was great. Dinner was very good with plenty choice on the menu and also enjoyed the breakfast . Hotel was very clean and the staf adhered to COVID guidelines. The only negative is that the decor is a bit tired and the bedrooms are basic. Overall though Very enjoyable stay and would probably stay again.

We had a great deal with this hotel. It is a big hotel and very busy with bus tours arriving daily. We had a nice room with plenty of space overlooking the enclosed Victorian garden. There was a lot of noise from other rooms (people just walking above.) Meals were well organised so numbers would not be too high in the dining room and seemed to work well. Good choice of menu for dinner and breakfast. Afternoon tea was excellent and we were offered a box for the cakes we couldn't eat at the time. Staff were pleasant. Only downside was the parking but plenty of council car parks nearby. Slightly cheaper than hotel for parking.

Lovely central location which makes parking (even with blue badge) difficult and chargeable. Nice room overlooking the garden. Attentive helpful staff. Table de hotel menu excellent. In all very good value for money 2 night break

Nice welcome and a free dram on arrival, hotel looked good. We also had lunch at the coachman bar which we really enjoyed lamb burgers and a relaxed drink in cool surrounding. We checked in and were given clear directions to the room. The room was well set out and at first glance appeared to be clean, we did later find crisps on one of the chairs and crumbs on the floor. Decor was a bit tired and plaster finish to various walls were cracked and shower controls were very loose to the tiled wall. We had a very lovely 3 course dinner in the hotel with the service being extremely good and food was well cooked and tasty. Breakfast was also very fresh and tasty with service just as good as dinner the previous night. We would stay her again no problem very friendly and helpful staf round.

Fantastic break at Fishers Hotel. Check in quick and easy. Staf very helpful and lovely. Large room with comfortable kingsize bed as requested. Large TV and plenty of tea and coffee. Shower great. Beautiful views into gardens and had morning tea and afternoon refreshments in the sun. Food good and plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Afternoon tea was fantastic and so much we couldn’t manage dinner. Bar next door is part of hotel and they made us very welcome. Outside seating available. Would highly recommend as great value for money and staff are an asset to hotel. Decor is old fashioned but in keeping with the building and definitely not run down as some suggested. Well worth a visit and will definitely return. Nice pub The Mill Inn across the road with lovely beer tent tv’s and heaters if you want a change but small whiskey bar in hotel is great too and cheaper. Heather gems factory worth a visit and leather shop in lane just beyond hotel has lovely gifts. Great break at lovely hotel and thanks to all staff at Fishers. Only comment toilet could do with extractor fan but I realise that may be difficult as old building.
