Had a great time at the hotel, room, food and staff were all first class. My only complaint was that it was the same menu both days and I believe it is only changed seasonally. Any other time we came, the menu was different each day which I prefer. Score 9

The staff were lovely. The hotel very nice. The food very very disappointed. I don't know if it was a reduced menu due to covid restriction. So I would not return.

Having stayed at this hotel numerous times we were extremely disappointed this time. While we appreciate the restrictions due to Covid the choice and quality of the food was poor. Food was over cooked and had better pub grub. The bar and lounge area closed at 6pm meaning you couldn't we even sit and relax for a short time after our meal. We could not fault the staff who were excellent.

Another great stay here we had use of the pool which was great all I can say is great hotel great staff great room with one small hick up was the window didn't open and room was very hot this was only discovered in the morning but on the whole would not hesitate to book this hotel again all things regarding the covid measures were all round hotel all staff wearing masks as well as folk staying plenty hand gel as well can't wait for another stay

Amazing service from when we checked in until we checked out. Cannot fault any area. The room was lovely and clean, slightly dated and bathroom shower screen was broken however we had a comfortable night, also the hotel had catered to our non alcoholic complimentary drinks in the room as requested. The restaurant food was fantastic, evening meal service went extremely well thanks to Sean who was on hand to ensure we were happy. The restaurant also created a halal option for us which was fantastic. The leisure facilities were great, only the pool and jacuzzi is opened however very clean and safe using as they strictly allow only a set number of people at a time. Overall my friends and I had a lovely weekend and hope to return soon.

Staff were great. Food was good.Enjoyed having a swim.Room was good but we were given the room which was farthest from reception so quite a walk for meals and swimming .I feel room was clean but could have been better i.e bathroom door had glass panels with wide wooden surrounds which hadn't been cleaned for a while.But over all a good stay

With the hotel being in very stricted restrictions at the moment, they still managed to make our stay very enjoyable. Dinner was really good and so was the breakfasts. Can't fault anything.

Our room was lovely and quiet and didnt feel like a hotel room, it was very homely. The Staff couldn't do enough for us, very accommodating and helpful. Was disappointed with the food at flemings restaurant but for the price overallbit was very good.

Food was lovely, tails were amazing, room was comfortable, TV didn't work in the room but we didn't need it anyway, shower cubical in the toilet had a bad smell but was clean, I stayed here 2 weeks ago aswel not on my hotel break deal and can't fault the hotel on both occasions, I am booked again for 2 weeks time and really looking forward to it, the tails are a must to try.
