Visited the hotel last week for 2 nights DBB stay, could not fault anything, it was an absolute treat to be there, room, surroundings, food, staf a delight would very highly recommend the hotel.

We had a specious room with a very good size bed.. It was adequately furnished and had a nice bathroom This was in the courtyard and not in the main building. Quite satisfied with it though Food, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent and well served; at times service was a bit slow but staff were very polite and accommodating. Overall very satisfied and good for a short break

On our two-night stay we had one of the Courtyard Rooms (in a building away from the beautiful looking main house hotel), so it may not have been as large or as plush as one of those rooms, but it was still a very nice room and was very clean and tidy, more than ideal for our short break. The food was excellent..... I would certainly consider going back for another stay, just for the food. The service we received was excellent at all times and I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

This is an excellent hotel - we couldn't fault it at all. The accommodation and food were of a very high standard and the staff, without exception, were friendly, cheery and helpful. We would happily recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at the Western House Hotel in Ayr. Every member of staff were very helpful and friendly. The accomadation and food was very good and I have to give a special mention to Gemma in the restaurant who insisted on organising a special meal for one of our party that is a gluten free vegetarian and had already eaten in the bar at lunchtime. We will certainly be back.

We had an excellent stay at the Western House Hotel. It is in a beautiful location on the edge of Ayr Racecourse. Dinner was really lovely and of a very high standard as was breakfast. However the real stars are the staff who all were courteous, friendly and obviously well trained. Would have no hesitation in recommending this great hotel.

It was a pleasure to have stayed here.The hotel was excellent,the room was spacious and had a lot of nice touches,like the fresh fruit,the dressing gowns and slippers and the hot chocolate with the short bread,all these made our stay a very pleasurable one. To say the food and the service were excellent is an understatement, nothing was a bother to the staff,and when you put all this together it made our stay very special indeed.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel on the 15th April in room 305. We booked through my hotels and when we seen the deal we thought it looked great, we were however sceptical and thought there must be a catch as this deal was too good to be true, this was not the case. We both had a fantastic time. The food was absolutely amazing, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family

Attended Nieces wedding at the hotel on 25th November and i cannot praise the staff enough. Nothing was any bother too them they were all so friendly. Food was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Well maintained (including the grounds) and clean. Very nice meal with good choices on the menu. The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough. Excellent customer service. Hotel was nice and warm throughout despite it being November. Would recommend.
