Had a really good time hotel was spotless, staff friendly. Despite hotel being fully booked didn't hear any noise and service was quick, food was spot on couldn't fault it and will return next time we are looking for quiet time away.

Beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff were a delight and most welcoming. Special mention for Mary who couldn't do enough for us. Our room was so lovely and fresh. Highly recommended by us.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. The hotel itself is dealing with the new situation well. The meals are first class and the pizzas are recommended. Would I go back. Yes. We go for walking and there are always more hills.

2 day trip for my birthday ,liked it so much we added another day. Staff were so friendly and professional, food very good,room lovely and spacious,very impressed with all their "covid" precautions,scenery FAB,we climbed Ben More,we will be back!

The room and hotel in general was clean and nice, the food was good. Unfortunately there was a constant noise all night (like an alarm going off in another room, more noticeable because it was quiet) so not a good sleep. Staff didn’t know what it was and then said it was the boiler? Staff were friendly enough but it’s a hotel people pass through as not much there, walkers holiday really. Wouldn’t return as a good nights sleep is a must for me!

We arrived on 31st dec for new year break. The staff were wonderful, so friendly, hard working and very attentive. The gala dinner was excellent, entertainment also very good. Our room was quite small and very hot, we couldn’t control thermostat, but clean and everything needed. There was a good choice for breakfast, also of a good standard. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel. Very profesional staff, hard working and well presented. Hotel has been well maintained, and the log fires are a nice touch. Food was very good, and prices of drinks are on par with any other hotels of this standard.

Excellent short break at the Crianlarich Hotel - hotel comfortable - great food - superb staff. Had the mussels as a starter one evening....absolutely gorgeous. What a portion! Make sure you are gry if ordering these!, Special thank you to staff members Katy, Danni and Megan who really looked after us.

Hotel very comfortable all areas nice and warm and plenty of throws to use if you felt chilly! Vicky,Dani, Megan and Katy are a credit to the hotel and worked very hard nothing was too much bother. Meals were very good and served on hot plates which make all the difference. Will definitely return and recommend a visit..
