Everything was excellent during our stay. The only slight concern was that the restaurant in the evening was cold, and I noticed a few people were mentioning it also. It could obviously be with Covid.

The location was perfect for accessing the city centre in just a few minutes. The hotel itself is a little tired and could do with a refurbishment, but the hotel industry has struggled so much during the last two years, so maybe this will happen in the near future. We had a great deal, which included breakfast and evening meal, and the food was good. All members of staff were friendly and helpful.

A fantastic second stay at the Radisson blu Durham. This time took advantage of the full board package on offer. My Hotel Breaks has become our go to site for great value and high quality accomodation. Staff at the Radisson were outstanding yet again. The hotel's situation is fantastic to explore the city.

Had a great stay, been several times and always book these deals as direct prices are crazy, only thing i dont agree with is the parking, 42.00 for 3 nights is crazy! We had few drinks in the bar along with a meal, food was pricey but lovely, only complaint was we asked a couple of times if the heater could be turned up where we were sitting as it was really cold and both staff from the bar said they didnt know how so we ended going back to our room where it was warm

Front desk and evening meal staff very happy and willing to conv room was very good for the price facility pool sauna and so on no problems breakfast a bit chaotic when we went for it but that’s because it’s an open breakfast window with plenty time we just ate when every Wanted to around 9 am

Went with my disabled husband and our friends. Had a lovely time. Spa was beautiful, food was amazing! Rooms were big and clean. We also had an accessible wet room. One down side was the drinks were rather expensive (£26 for 4 single gin and lemonade) but it didn’t put us off. I’d definitely stay again

An excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. A comfortable, well appointed room. An excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice. We didn't have dinner there as there are lots of other places to try in the city. Good value for money with the myhotelbreak deal.

Spent a few nights in the Radisson in Durham. Staf pleasant and helpful however newly trained staff should read your order back to you to prevent mistakes or misheard orders. Breakfast is excellent but DBB menu same each night and only a few additionals on main menu to alternate too. Plenty around for eating/drinking out within walking distance. Overall good value for money. Carpark charge is what it is! Good leisure facilities however they are busy and staff need to do routine tidy ups as changing rooms and poolside very untidy. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Our first stay with myhotelbreaks.com and what a first experience it was. Everything went exceptionally well from check in to check out and everything in between. We contacted the hotel beforehand, just to make sure! The receptionist who answered recognised our name and said they were looking forward to seeing us. On arrival she even remembered our call and gave a warm welcome. Check in was smooth and easy with a new receptionist Anna in training. Our room as expected was clean and well maintained. The hotel is well situated to explore Durham. The pool and lesiure facilities are included and accessable. Unfortunately the spa was fully booked but looked fantastic and we would book when we return. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff really attentive. Over all an outstanding break in a great hotel at a fantastic price. Thank you Radisson Blu and myhotelbreaks we will be using you both again sooner than we thought.

We stayed for one night and would say that from the moment we went into the hotel, staff were approachable, friendly, and professional. The room was comfortable, although there was a constant low pitched hum throughout the day and night, probably due to the hotels' air conditioning, which was irritating when trying to sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of food choices; again staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

A pleasure to stay as always. We have stayed here numerous times and cannot find fault. Friendly helpful staff, lovely spotless rooms and great food too. I would highly recommend, and look forward to visiting again.

Room was at back so no river view. Had asked for nice room. Was unable to book dinner in with booking at reduced price dont know if that was cos first night was a Sunday so ate out. Awkward to get to hotel from station. Due to building works all over.

Had a lovely stay. Meal in the restaurant was great too. I have stayed here lots of times and will continue to come back. The hotel is perfectly located on the river in Durham, visits to the cathedral, ice and fire exhibitions, shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty to do and see

Hi Myself and friend really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though i couldn't hear properly because of the plastic screen at reception and had to repeat myself several times The room was nice and warm and tv easy to use Everything we needed was provided The Spa was a little busy but again the staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was very busy but didn't have to wait too long to be seated and it was the beginning of half term so understandable We did have to wait a long time for fried eggs which was disappointing will definitely visit again
