Brilliant break. The hotel is really nice, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious. The food was really nice. I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone.

The reception and restaurant is beautiful and well clean. The bedrooms need up dating and tidied up. They were clean but didn't feel comfortable in the environment. Also the television in the room stated it had no signal on any channels and while this isn't a major issue it is something that should be addressed. Either have a TV that works or dont have one.

I booked this as a gift for my parents and they were extremely pleased. The full experience was exceptional and the staff could not have done enough to help them. Would definitely recommend this venue.

The hotel was beautiful. Made to feel really special from the minute we got there. The waitress were amazing helpful and nothing was a bother. Food was brilliant especially the Eaton mess. Will definitely be back soon

Lovely hotel, really good food, helpful staff. Setting isn’t the nicest as it’s surrounded by houses but great for an overnight stay or for a base to tour around the west coast

Receptionist in the day of arrival Saturday 18th January 2020 was lovely, she gave us an upgrade. The deal we got in the first place was amazing, black Friday deal £75 D.B.B wine and late check out. We have experience some hotels (Busby Hotel) treat you differently because they see you've got a deal with an other company, look down their nose at you but in this hotel all the staff were very nice. The food is amazing! Only fault was the bathroom in our room is but tired and in deal of an update, and there was no to have a bath, water ran warm but not hot, either did the shower. Over all a brilliant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay, lovely hotel. From the reception staff who answered all our questions and granted all our wishes before we even got to our room. Room was spacious and clean, it had everting we needed. The staff at dinner and breakfast couldn’t do enough for you and both meals were delicious. Lovely bar and seating areas also, will definitely be booking this hotel again soon.

My favourite hotel. Gets better every time I go there. The Staff were fantastic. A little short on restaurant staff on Friday, but did their best. Always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food was good - as it always is - and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and up to date. I will be back again in future.

We have stayed here on a few occasions & have always been happy the refurbishment is terrific bedrooms will be perfect when furniture gets a makeover & perhaps blinds in rooms facing houses Dining room & food great although would prefer if they go back to serving tea in individual pots at breakfast Staff are always very pleasant & helpful we will be back

Lovely hotel inside. Couldn't fault the reception staff, the waiting and bar staff. Rooms were very clean and had lots of amenities in them the decor and furnishings were a bit dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Food was absolutely amazing!! Great value for money in all aspects will definitely be going back.
