Lovely big room.comfy bed.clean and fresh.nice breakfast.very reasonable price even adding price of a taxi to city centre and back.good location for the beach.will be back.

Once again, an excellent stay at what has become our regular hotel when we visit Edinburgh. The staff are all first class and go out of their way to be helpful. Our room was superb and the bus stop is just outside the hotel with a frequent service into Edinburgh.

Lovely hotel and certainly worth more than the 3 stars it currently has. Bedroom was huge and very comfortable bed. Food in the main restaurant was delicious and staff were really nice and friendly. Would definitely book this hotel again.

GREAT HOTEL TO USE FOR A SHORT BREAK AWAY. SO EASY TO GET TO EDINBURGH BUS ROUTE RIGHT OUTSIDE. THE HOTEL IS LOVELY TO STAY IN AND WILL TRY BISTRO NEXT TIME FOR FOOD FOR A CHANGE.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good sized bedroom - great for our two dogs. Bed very comfortable. Loads of hot water. Great food. Delicious Prosecco. 20m swimming pool with lanes. What more could we ask for!

The hotel is currently refurbishing some bedrooms however our club room was very good. The receptionist at check in was welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

First class hotel, second time my partner my son and I have been, bedrooms excellent modern clean , staff very friendly and helpful, we ate in Bistro Resturant which we had a lovely meal.We will be back in the future .

This hotel never fails to impress me, the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they are is excellent. The food is wonderful too and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There was only one down side this time and it is only because it is the first time I have brought along my new baby! The pool is freezing! Far too cold for children and practically used as a deterrent for kids! Disappointing!

This was booked for a party of 10 for my wife,s 70th Birthday I found the staff excellent and couldn,t have been more helpful the rooms were excellent as was the food and the children enjoyed the pool we have been to the Kings Manor several times and will be coming again in the near future

First class service from start to finish, we had requested quiet rooms at the rear of the hotel and our request was accomodated with an upgrade to the club rooms overlooking the tennis court. Stayed bed & breakfast which was first class and dined in the bisto on the first night again great service and excellent quality.
