Hotel was lovely rooms spotless,beautiful view from our windows.We stayed there for two nights DBB the Friday night at dinner we didn't think the service was great as we had to ask for our drinks twice also our 3 course meal took a while to be served to all 4 of us.When we were served our dinners they were luke warm,not a great start to our friends birthday weekend.The rest of our weekend was great,staff were polite.We would book again,just a little plip on Friday night.

Had a great stay at the Ramada Plaza Southport hotel was perfect for our needs very central with comfortable beds and great food. Southport is an excellent place to visit and unlike most British seaside resorts is improving its facilities and it is a town and hotel we will return to in the future. Only small downside was at night we like to open the window for fresh air and there was the sound of music right through the night from the Casino.

Plenty of hot water and towels Clean throught. Good view from window and parking. However, The safe was not working. Breakfast could be improved by providing better bread selection, Plain yogurt, fresh bread, fresh croissants, marmite, nutella. Evenigh meal OK however Serving steak without steak knives!

I'm not a person that complains and didnt do either but as a constructive critisism. Our service for the evening meals was very slow we were forgotten that was quite obvious. Other diners that came in after us were served and finished the restaraunt before we even got our main course. Apart from that we had a lovely stay the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is a high standard throughout..

A friendly welcome, lovely room (512) with a great view over the sea, and a comfy bed. Breakfast was buffet style and excellent. All round a great value stay.

The hotel is extremely comfortable, the staff are welcoming. The food excellent. I very rarely return to the same hotel, but have stayed at The Ramada several times, and will continue to do so.
