We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was exactly as advertised and we made the most of the balcony as the weather was lovely and the views spectacular. My husband enjoyed the sauna followed by a very welcome bath! The food was great, both at dinner and breakfast, especially loved the fish and chips at dinner which was delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will certainly be back

Absolutely beautiful gotel. Rooms, views over loch lomond,deliciousl food, friendly staff and emaculately clean hotel. (Covid cleanliness 10/10 We had an amazing time in a deluxe room overlooking the loch.....so much so we have already booked again. Excellent deal for Dbnb. Very romantic setting too. Helen xx

we enjoyed the hotel the staff were friendly, efficient and looked after the quests. the room was fine and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking over the loch we also enjoyed the sauna and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a varied choice. The only thing that was disappointing was the evening meal - it was not to our taste especially when you had to pay extra for certain choices - a more normal menu would have been better

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. This was our first visit and won't be the last. The staff extremely professional but relaxed and very attentive to all our needs with no issue. I would like to give a special mention to Leighanne on reception as several timesi asked for help and again no issue... she was bubbly and nothing was a problem how nice for front of house... Everything was perfect except the weather but we had a great room which gave us a loch view and this was breathtaking .. So you will see us again soon I hope ... Thank you to all the staff ...

Lovely hotel, service excellent. Food very good. Beautiful setting & views & nice short walk to Luss. My only very minor issue was the knives in the restaurant could have been a bit sharper, cutting some food was quite an issue.

It was such a lovely hotel the room was spotless and so comfortable the sauna was great and the balcony was so lovely to sit and enjoy loch lomond . 10 out of 10 for food and service

A very enjoyable stay. Excellent room and view. Can’t fault the food and service either. Briar was very helpful. Only negative was every time we tried to go on the balcony, there was someone beside us smoking. This greatly affects me so we could hardly use it, despite the AMAZING views.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Although restrictions were in place u could not fault the effort made by all the staff they were terrific. Our room was fantastic with amazing views over the Loch from our balcony. We r already planning our return visit congratulations to I all ????

Excellent couple of days spent at The Lodge On Loch Lomond Hotel. Room great with balcony overlooking the Loch. We were able to dine inside without alcohol in line with COVID restrictions which was great due to the inclement weather. Staff were very friendly ant the service and food were outstanding. We will return at some point in the future.

The hotel stay was fantastic, excellent service, staff very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was very good and lots of choice. We got a complimentary upgrade when we arrived and it totally made our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Having recently (September) stayed in one of your 4 star hotels (Piersland House Hotel in Troon) where we had a beautifully decorated room, I was so disappointed with the room we were given which I could only call a "tatty" room ( number 7). The curtains were frayed and threadbare and very badly stained with water marks. The wood panelling was scratched and scored as well as the coffee table. So I have given this room a very low rating. To give credit to the receptionist who checked us in she phoned our room to ask if we were happy with the room which I thought was unusual. The minute I told her we thought it was tatty she upgraded us to room 27 which was lovely. I think the management shouldn't put anyone in any rooms like that in a four star hotel until they have refurbished them. On a positive note, restaurant was beautifully, food was delicious both at dinner and breakfast and staff were very pleasant and attentive. We did enjoy ourselves in the other room.

We stayed for one on what should have been our wedding day and I am so glad I picked this Hotel. We stayed in the deluxe Corbett Suits and the view was just stunning, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff where fantastic. We will definitely stay again

Nice hotel , Room nice , some of staff could be more friendly towards you . Menu could be more varied . I phoned the hotel and booked dinner and breakfast times but it wasn't reserved when I arrived .
