We had a loch view room which was clean but in need of a refurbishment - the paper was coming off the walls slightly in places. the Jacuzzi bath did not work. The room was dark in decor - perhaps a bit lighter decor would brighten up the room. The staff were very organised and friendly especially the restaurant staff - northing was too much trouble for thm. I would definately return to the hotel but only if I managed to obtain an offer from Classic Britain as I did on this occasion.

An excellent break which delivered great value for money. Staff were excellent and food exceeded all my expectations. I would have no hesitation on recomending classicbritain or this hotel.

Beautiful lounge with large windows providing excellent view over the water, lovely to relax after dinner with a coffee, sadly spoiled by the presence of a television with the remote control left for guests to turn the volume up full blast. Really not necessary..

A favourite hotel for my wife and I as we have been coming here for over 40 years. The location is fantastic and the hotel, for us, is great to relax in.

A very welcoming and friendly hotel.Comfortable with great views. Our room was changed immediately for an accessible one they found my friend has a mobility problem. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals and our relaxed and friendly stay.

Booked a family room and was very pleased with room provided room 203 . The room had a four poster bed and jacuzzi , what a surprise for mum and dad , with two camp beds for my 2 boys and with the room being very large this was great. The views from both room and hotel are stunning. Only one thing the breakfast needs to be warmer we had cold bacon the second morning. Please invest in new hot plates as fab hotel .
