Hi I had a lovely break thanks. I only have one complaint and that was on Saturday Night we had to wait one and half hours for our dinner to be served. Which is not acceptable who one member of our compnay was Diabetic and needed to be fed.

We had a lovely time at the creif hydro on a Sunday saver offer. The hotel has lots to offer for family's or couples alike. The food was fantastic and all the staff were very attentive, friendly and courteous. Also the value for money with the offer we had was fantastic. The only downside and disappointment we had was our room. We were in room 9 and and it really needs updating and refreshing. The bathroom was the biggest concern, it was very dated and in a state of needing repair. Beside the toilet was mouldy and the shower head was unable to point downwards which caused it to splash water all over the floor which in time has really damaged the bottom of the door. Apart from the room thought I would really recommend this hotel.

As fairly regular visitors to the Hydro,our Sunday night evening meal was very disappointing. It would seem that the kitchen had run out of starters when our party of thirteen ordered. Alternatives were brought to the table without asking about preferences and were well below the usual standard..

this hotel is fantastic for service good food and great facilities however it should be noted this hotel now seems to cater for families especially young noisy kids who run about making lots of noise during the day and also creating noise in the dining areas in the evenings perhaps not a good time during any school holidays to have a visit if you are a couple otherwise a great place to have a stay i should mention for a quiet dining experience you can dine in the sister hotel close by at the murraypark hotel where the food is still excellent as is the service in a lovely quiet relaxed setting

Initially reception staff did not realise I was on the best available room deal. However when I showed them my booking confirmation they instantly upgreded me. They said that there was no note on the booking that they received from classic britain.

Lovely stay. We paid a little extra for an executive room.. It wasn't any bigger I don't think but we got a fridge in the room (which is good because we always take a bottle of fizz with us and from previous experience the hotel charges

Very good overall stay. Felt activities could be improved. Phoned to book before visit was told they would phone back several times bit this never happened. Everything else excellent.

We spent 1 night at the Hydro for a birthday celebration- and got a great deal for DB&B through Classic Britain. What a lovely hotel and grounds- staff were attentive, food great and room was very comfortable. Look forward to coming back....
