Room 102 well presented and comfortable but very cold, heating was totally inadequate for size of room ( combo of aircon and heating) no radiators, Reception did not seem too concerned perhaps they had heard it all before.. The corridor to the room was warmer and if one left the room then the power was turned off by the key fob. The food and service was very satisfactory

Superb break.....great leisure facil...sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room Pool and Gym....well appointed en suite rooms excellent restaurant and most o Malcolm and his excellent team cant do enough for you. First class customer service that you would expect from a far higher grade hotel. We will be going again.

Wonderful hotel. Hidden gem. Everything about this hotel was great, the bedrooms were spacious and modern..bed comfortable and bathroom clean.great view over the canal. All the staff very very pleasant.couldntdo enough for you. The food was awesome. The menu had great choices. The breakfast was cooked perfectly.. We will certainly be back in the summer.

We really enjoyed our stay at the rendez hotel in skipton. The staff are very friendly and helpful. our room was beautiful with lovely views of the narrow boats on the canal we had plenty of room and the bathroom was fabulous. Our evening meal was lovely in the conservatory I wish we had booked earlier to enjoy the views of the canal before it got dark,but the food was delicious with plenty of choice. We will definately be back as we love the area and it is a lovely bonus to stay here. Thankyou rendez xx

Had a lovely over night stay. Fabulous location with a lovely walk along the canal into Skipton. The dining room is perfectly placed, overlooking the canal & countryside & the food was delicious. We got a free up grade which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent food, room and service need I say more and a nice touch from the manager at breakfast to come and say hello.We will be back.PS if the TV must be on in the lounge please turn to subtitles only as I don't need to listen to football ect.

We enjoyed our stay. Room small but well furnished. Restaurant in wonderful location overlooking canal. Great breakfasts. Disappointed with main on first evening, but otherwise food very good. Proprietor came round tables each morning and was entertaining guests on second evening. Staff very friendly and committed. Our one major disappointment was to be allocated Room 326 - as far from reception and restaurant as possible, and also involved lugging cases up and down large number of stairs. Help was offered - but before we realised what was involved.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Rendez and again it was superb. We upgraded to a beautiful room with a four poster bed. The food at dinner was real quality and the service was very good. The view from the restaurant is magnificent. I do believe we shall return.

Food was lovely,seating in restaurant next to canal was fantastic,great choice of menu,pool facil comfortable,on arrival we were given room 102 it felt like a "staff dwelling" however the patio door would not close so got moved to room 112 which was lovely...may I just add though that on check in we asked for an upgrade and got told no rooms available however after incident with patio door there was one available immediately, would have liked some type of entertainment ...I think it caters for much older people

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, which is well placed for visiting local places of interest. The decor is a bit dated but the rooms are pleasant enough and the amen are good. The highlight for us was the superb food, probably the best we have ever enjoyed in any hotel we have visited. All the hotel staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable and we certainly hope to return in the future.

Excellent hotel, smooth check in, very pleasant and attentive staff. Room very spacious and comfortable. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Spacious public areas. Location on canalside great and you can take a comfortable stroll along the tow path into Skipton. Highly recommend this hotel. 3 star hotel but 5 strvice.

We have been to this Hotel before and we found it up to the usual high standard. We were given a superior room which was excellent. The food was very good and large helpings. the room was cleaned each day and the service in the restaurant was excellent. We would recommend this hotel if staying in this area and we will certainly us it again

Lovely hotel. Only a few minutes walk along the canal into Skipton. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. A little bit of traffic noise but nothing that disturbed our sleep. Food was good. Lovely bar area with relaxed seating. The hotel felt quite quiet and relaxed which is what we wanted from our break.

Lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Decor in the public areas is a bit ott for my personal taste but the cleanliness and service make up for this. The jewel in the crown though is the Baby Swan Restaurant- the food and service were fantastic! We booked on a fantastic deal of £85 for two people DBB, so weren't expecting very much for the food but we were pleasantly surprised - our evening meal was gorgeous and the buffet breakfast was one of the freshest we'd ever had. We will definitely be making a return visit!

Hotel with good location. It could do with spending a bit of money as looks tired. leisure centre feels a bit dirty. Food good, with service could be better especially at Breakfast. Had to wait 15 minutes for coffee after asking 3 times, finished my cooked breakfast by that time. Very Annoying !!! Will not rush back to go there !!
