From arriving at hotel the customer service was excellent. Desk staff and waiting staff were exceptionally nice.The food was lovely. Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and never let's you down.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was great. Check in was easy and receptionist was very nice. Car parking was easy and a great bonus. We enjoyed a pizza and wine in the resturant and again the waiting staff were lovely, our waiter was so pleasant. Nothing was a bother and we took our time at breakfast the next day. Such a restful break which allowed us to go to our night out relaxed. I would recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was excellent value for money - included a pizza and bottle of wine to share, as well as breakfast. Staff were really friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. Great location on the river and just a short walk into the city centre. There is a great choice for breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Polite, helpful and friendly, an asset to the hotel. Our room had a river view but it was not the biggest of rooms, however it was clean and comfy and we got a good night's sleep. Our dinner was pleasant, albeit menu was not particularly "exciting" - not what we'd expect from a 4 star hotel. However, this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant stay

Had a lovely stay at the hotel, the room was smaller than what I had imagined, however I had booked a standard double room and because of the work to the outside of the hotel they had moved us to to river side which was lovely. The meal was absolutely beautiful and the restaurant was very attentive. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, especially the waffle maker ?. Was a good location with a 20 min walk from the city centre and it was such a nice wee walk along the river. Thank you to all the staff from check in, restaurant and check out.

Spent 2 nights in the Hilton Garden Inn recently, excellent quiet venue, within easy reach of accessible transport into the city centre. Great rooms spotlessly cleaned. Food was also very good, with very attentive staff, George being most helpful, pointing out where to catch the bus into the town centre. Overall Excellent .

The only positive about this hotel is its location. Upon arrival we couldn't help but notice a visible police presence, only to later find out a guest had passed away in their room. One of the 2 lifts were broken and the coffee machine was broken at breakfast. The evening meal was the poorest I've ever experienced, a literal skin on the mushy peas, curry & tartar sauce ramekins that accompanied my fish and chips. The room was freezing to the point we had to ask for an extra blanket. We paid for bed, breakfast and evening meal, our evening meal was so poor we didn't even bother with breakfast. The staff were trying their best to plug gaps in a very busy hotel however I wouldn't actively look this hotel up in the future for the reasons given.

Excellent couldn’t have been better will definitely do again . What a day we had , tails in the big city , sunset across the road in roof top bar , great dinner . Film across the river in i , back to Hilton to enjoy the views a, cracking breaky in morning and Santa flying up and doon the clyde on a rib !!! What’s not to like :)

What a lovely warm friendly welcome on a cold December day. The reception staff were so polite and professional. They are a credit to the hotel. The room was nicely decorated with a lovely view over the Clyde. However breakfast was a total shambles,dirty tables,no food ready and the young girl I spoke to was very snippy with me. It's a pity it ended so badly because up to then we were thourghly enjoying our break.

Lovely room with a view over the River Clyde. Ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant both of which were lovely. Breakfast very busy but staff coped well. Staff very polite and hotel spotlessly clean.
