Hotel was very nice and clean. The bedroom could have benefitted from a thorough clean behind beds and having walls dusted. Beds were lovely and fresh. The food in the restaurant was first class. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our recent two-night stay. Everything was first class. However, I was rather disappointed that the grand piano was wildly out of tune - when I was asked to entertain some other guests. Will we be pleasantly surprised on our next visit, I wonder?

Lovely hotel, great staff. My only negative point was the hotel was uncomfortably hot!! The rooms had heating on which just wasn't needed. It made us not stay in the hotel during the day and made me not enjoy the meal. The food was lovely just way too warm to eat it! Rooms lovely and reception and bar staff lovely too.

Rooms were clean but on the small side, squeaky floor boards were a real problem from the room above. Food edible but nothing special,

Not enough food options on the standard dinner menu without having to pay a surcharge.

Spent a 3 day break here with my daughter and her family. Everyone enjoyed it and children were well catered for. Mattress in double room was well worn and lumpy. Spa could do with updating.

The hotel is in a super location for the beach and and shops. The food was very good. I understand they have a new chef. We were upgraded to a superior room, so we had no complaints other than the cheap carpet, it looked like underlay and it had lots of wrikles. Carpet layer should be called back to fix.

Nice Hotel in good position we had a lovely superior room with sea view. No faults with breakfast but dinners were below standard i.e. first evening (hotel not busy)booked 7.30 p.m. meal Apparent that food had been prepared hours earlier and left around had gone dry etc. Complained re. this and for next evenings went to earlier sitting at 6.30 p.m. Although much more acceptable still feel choice could be improved with at least one tradional meal included. Apart from these negative comments we have to say all staff very understanding and helpful.

Little choice at buffet desserts at 7.30 sitting on Saturday night as it had not been restocked. Portion size on small side.

Stayed on a 2 night deal, came back to hotel on second day, after a horrendous soaking. Room appeared to only have had the bins emptied and the tea tray renewed. Pillows on bed propped up but actual bed just as we had left it and not a towel to be seen. Called reception for towels so we could shower and get out wet clothes, apologised and said someone would be up. 20 minutes later had to go down to reception myself to ask for towels. Would expect more from the inn as l have stayed there on numerous occasions.

Nice hotel was great we could take our dog. Some of the staff could have been friendlier though. Felt the Happy Hour! At the bar was a con as it was only spirits that it included! Bar prices where very pricey. I would go again though as the room, pool, location and food where a very high standard.

We were very comfortable at the hotel and the food was very good. The staff very pleasant and chatted in a friendly manner. It would have been easier to have a walk in shower rather than a bath but apart from than it was great value.

Bathroom was a little on the small side and the room was very hot, other than that the food was really good and service in the Restaurant and public areas too. We were surprised and thankful for the bottle of wine and balloons it was a really nice touch. Thank you.
