Excellent value for money - can find no fault whatsoever. We visit Chester Regularly and this is our first stay at the BPH. In future we will always stay here when visiting Chester - I can Offer no greater praise.

Spent four delightful nights at this Hotel exploring North Wales and Cheshire. Excellent base for this part of the country with good transport links. The food is particularly good with excellent choices for dinner in the Orchard Restaurant. Breakfasts were also excellent with additional choices over and above the usual "Full English", including Kippers; Smoked Haddock and Smoked Salmon at no additional supplement. Their homemade marmalade is superb to boot !! Very Highly Recommended.....will return this year!!. Accomodation is also very comfortable and staff very attentive and pleasant. 9 out of 10 overall for the stay !!!

The Hotel has many facilities for holding events such as conferences, weddings and the like. Unfortunately, it is a bit out of the way and is in desperate need of modernisation, particularly the bedrooms. I can only comment on the room I had (231), but it has the feel of an old peoples home, with a flimsy plastic toilet seat and lid. The bathroom is poorly finished, the doors are damaged, the toilet door would not shut properly (so no privacy) and are of a worn brown Sapele. The walls are so thin that you can hear every word from the adjoining rooms. The only positive is the shower, which is fairly powerful. The breakfast and service was good, but I would not stop there again unless some major changes were made. Given all the above, I do not think it is worth the room rate and would not recommend staying.

I BOOKED THIS LOVELY HOTEL FOR MY HUSBANDS CHRISTMAS PRESENT BUT WE DIDNT MANAGE TO GET THERE UNTIL MAY!! WE HAD A LOVELY 2 DAY BREAK THE HOTEL WAS SUPERB WE HAD A LOVELY ROOM WHICH WAS SPOTLESS AND A LOVELY BATHROOM. WE DIDNT EAT IN THE HOTEL BUT IM SURE THE FOOD IS GOOD LIKE EVRYTHING ELSE. THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM. MANY THANKS WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK. L.HARVEY 8.5.2014

Took our parents, children and grand children and another great stay at the Beaufort Park Hotel. Receptionists always helpful. Food was fab although not sure why breakfast seems "rationed". One waitress a little surly. Initial room was a standard bed and being 6ft7" was way too small. Staff promptly changed although a small charge, but it was a superb room.Perhaps something to be asked when booking! No lift made it slightly awkward with elderly parents and baby up and down the stairs. Rooms always well presented and held all that is needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Could not fault this hotel. Lovely warm room, first class food and helpful staff. Thank you to whoever was on Reception informing us of the walk back up the hill to the hotel from the town centre. Took the car instead!

Upon arrival we were welcomed to the hotel by an extremely pleasant, helpful Receptionist. The bedroom was clean, spacious and the furniture and decor were all in good condition. Breakfast was good, plentiful and served hot. Our stay was short but extremely pleasant and all staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely use again.

We really enjoyed our 2 night Getaway Break at the Beaufort Park Hotel last weekend. Despite being very busy with a wedding going on when we arrived and 2 coach parties staying on our 2nd night, all the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and very good value. Although our room was a little dated it was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would certainly stay there again when visiting North Wales.

we have stayed at the Beaufort Park on quite a few occasions over the last 4 years. The receptionists on Check in And Check out have always been efficient friendly and helpful. Due to some mobility issues we have always requested and received ground floor room. We have stayed mid week and and also weekend , and have enjoyed the entertainment provided. We look forward to staying agai in the not to distant future. Also must say restaurant and bar food very good.

Overall we had a nice stay and have stayed a few times at this hotel. However we felt the communal areas such as reception, corridors and upstairs areas were quite cold.
