Our stay was lovely, enjoyed very much. The only thing I have to fault is the service at lunchtime and I think it's down to short staff. The staff that were there were very pleasant and friendly but lunch terribly slow. We booked lunch for 1.30pm, and we received our soup at 3pm. We did enjoy ourselves though and probably will go back.

Hotel is in a great location, really close to the historical sights and the town centre. Furnishings are a bit tired but nice and clean. Food was excellent.

Pleasant stay at Stirling highland hotel, spacious food , friendly staff. Only disappointment was we prebooked dinner and when we arrived at hotel there was no booking for us, which meant we had to dine an hour later.

Price was a bargain. Dinner was lovely. Service was courteous. Room was clean and of a good size. Bathroom was clean and a good size. Mattress was too soft.

Booking with Classic Britain is easy and straightforward - Ground floor rooms are noisey and the hotel was really busy, the restaurant staff could not cope and we waiting 30 minutes once seated to order our meal. The wait was worth the while though with really great food.

Very enjoyable stay and lovely hotel. Staff were very courteous, gave 9 because TV was not working and despite request was not fixed, receptionist forgot to log complaint.

Nice hotel good food friendly staff however spa facilities are a little tired and the jacuzzi was a little cold.

We have stayed at Stirling highland many times and on the whole had a lovely time. Unfortunately on the last two visits the jacuzzi has been out of order which was very dissapointing as we always enjoy your spa facilities.

Room fine, evening meal was lovely, breakfast was average , being all buffet quite a few items not very hot and kept running out of things which took a fair time to be replenished. Had a pre-dinner drink in bar no background music so felt you had to speak very quietly. Spa facilities good although whirlpool out of action.

Have already completed hotel questionnaire. Only had one night here but thought hotel nearly perfect. Most impressed with staff relaxed friendly but not over so and informative. Good location fun place to be would recommend to friends.

Lovely stay in hotel. Well situated in Stirling - handy for shops and tourist places. Hotel facilities very good - staff very good but very busy!
