Had a fantastic stay. Two nights DBB and one BB. Looked after very well by the staff, a lovely, modern hotel in an excellent location with secure, underground parking. The food generally was very good but I was served a hard, dry lamb shank on one night. It wasn't worth raising the issue at the time because it was still edible and had I had it replaced my wife would've been eating on her own whilst I waited. No other issues and I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts are excellent! Evening meals were ok but not 4 star standard! Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

There was confusion initially at reception because we had two separate booking reservations, each for three nights, running consequetively. Reception staff seemed to be unaware of how Classic Britain organise the bookings. On two evenings out of four our table for dinner was not ready at the time we had booked because the hotel was busy with group bookings.

RETURN VISIT TO HOTEL. Staff efficient rather than friendly. Basic customer service issues not expected in 4 star hotel. such as, only one Sherry glass avail for an aperitif at 7.30pm sunday night ! . No ground black pepper for dinner on Monday night !.

1st class hotel right in middle of town at seafront. Rooms, service and food all excellent. Travelled with our 2 year old and all staff great with him. Look forward to going back

Very nice hotel, centrally located. Excellent room with good facilities. Underground car parking was excellent. Bar service could be better.

Recently had a two night stay which was excellent. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. I will definitely be booking another short break at this hotel and would highly recommend the Ramada Plaza.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, warm cosy bedroom - with lovely view and comfy beds with lots of pillows! Food gorgeous, kiddies meal equally lovely our girls loved each course which was excellent value . Can't fault the hotel or staff and we will definately be stopping again when we next visit Sourhport!

This was our second stay and again, cannot fault this hotel. Very comfortable rooms, really good breakfast (with a "to order" menu in addition to the usual buffet). Our evening meal was delicious. All in all a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return.
