We had the most amazing time, the hotel is gorgeous the staff were lovely and the food was amazing!!!, we even had the swimming pool and jacuzzi to ourselves on the morning, was the relaxing break we needed and cant wait to go back xx

We arrived early at the hotel - three hours before check in - but our room was already available so the very helpful receptionist booked us in and showed us to our room. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The in room sauna and bathroom facilities were spotless and the view from our balcony was lovely. The food was delicious and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, although my only complaint would be the lack of bread for toasting in the morning. The village of Luss is a two minute walk along the beach and there are plenty of activities within a short distance of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would return

The hotel is in a fabulous location and the staff generally welcoming & friendly. We were disappointed to find that the bar was closed to hotel guests because there was a wedding on, so only wedding guest could access it.The standard answer was that the 'Lower Lounge' was open, but this was an area of the restaurant and the staff were busy serving tables and, after dinner, setting up for breakfast. It was not a relaxing environment and there are no other public spaces within the hotel, so this had a negative impact on our experience. We felt like 'second class citizens' - less important than the people attending the wedding.

Had a great night away with my partner and newborn at the Lodge on the Loch, we arrived 2 hrs before our check in time and was greeted by welcoming reception staff who let us in our rooms straight away, which was a great help with having a baby with us. Our room was spotless very homely, our evening meal and breakfast was 10s all round, staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome, will definitely be booking again!!!!

Loved our stay at this hotel. We had dinner and breakfast and both were brilliant! We used the facilities too and these were lovely and clean. Our room faced onto the water which was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Special thanks to your deal, I had a lovely break at Loch Lomond, with a view off the loch as good as anywhere in the UK. The staff were a massive reason for this review, as they were all very professional and friendly. Will return again, as it meant a lot too my partner after a very difficult year, and I can only thank everyone for that. Special mention to a lovely girl who attended to our needs during dinner. I’m not the easiest customer, as I don’t like unorganised restaurants, when your at a stunning location. This was good value when you consider the location.

just had a lovely stay at Lodge ion Loch Lomond the room was a good size with a balcony to enjoy the veiw. The pool and spa facilities were clean. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. We had a DBB deal and the food both at dinner and breakfast was fantastic. There was a good choice and not the usual limited menu when you book a package deal. A special mention for the staff in the restaurant, they're service was 1st class even though it was really busy they made time to check we had everything we needed and were friendly and welcoming.

Upon arrival we were asked to register a debit card which would have 50 pounds assigned to it in case of breakages or items ordered to our room . They did not say that these funds will be held against your bank account for 5 working days even if there are no breakages or items ordered . This should be made clear upon booking . Aside from this the hotel was great rooms were great with lovely views over the lake although we were told our room would have a sauna which it didn't . Dinner and breakfast were very good and the spa and swimming pool looked excellent although we did not use them . Overall a good hotel but the lack of a sauna as promised and the debit card situation means I would not use this hotel again

Wow! This hotel took our breath away! Our room was stunning and had an amazing water view and it's own sauna! The staff were very warm and welcoming and went above expectation to make sure we had all we needed. The evening meal and breakfast was delicious! Would definitely recommend Tina and time again and already look forward to returning later in the year.

Lodge on Loch Lomond in Luss is an extremely beautiful setting with lovely accomodationn. A group of 6 on a DBB deal which we stayed in side by side rooms and had lovely balcony over looking the loch. Great space in the rooms and rooms were nice and clean. Staff were extremely friendly from start to finish. We checked in at 2pm and sat and had a few drinks in the room then went along to the restaurant for a few tails. The tail menu was extensive however felt that the tails were a bit of a let down as too much tail mixer was used for pretty much all tails we purchased. The service was extremely slow at the bar (the staff were trying there best and were lovely however you would expect a quicker service). There was a wedding on which I guess took up a lot of the staffs time. We were also asked to leave the bar area at I think 5.30pm (we just sat down to a new set of drinks at this time) and no staff member could tell us where else we could sit. We just quickly had our drinks then went back to the room to get ready for dinner. Our 3 dinner was tasty but again extremely slow service (staff again were so helpful but clearly run off there feet with the amount of guest as the restaurant seemed to be busy with tables. We were sitting waiting for drinks to be ordered in between courses for a long time and then finally just gave up asking for the bill to be made. I would just like to give some constructive feedback as I think the hotel has so much potential and you couldnt beat the setting but definately more staff needed especially when people are there as a treat. You want to be treated as a special guest. I would recomment the Lodge on Loch Lomond but I wouldnt recommend to stay in for dinner or drinks.

The whole night was fab, from checking in to leaving my friends and I have nothing bad to say at all. We had the sauna in our rooms and it was amazing just to be able to go back and chill out in them. The only one thing i would say is there shouldn't be a £5 charge to bring something to the room, I understand the charges being put against the bill payers card, but not to charge bringing to the room.

Our room was adequate with a lovely view overlooking the Loch, nice fluffy towels and very comfortable bed. Moving on to the dinning room food is exceptional large choice. Will certainly return.
