Hi The food was very good however we did not get a twin room originally and after a bit of discussion we did get a twin. We were very glad it was only for 2 nights. It was so claustraphobic, but the staff did give a fan it did help a wee bit. This is the worst room we have ever had using your service. The hotel say that when book you don't state wether its a double or twin room. We did have reasonable and service was fine. This is NOT 4 STAR in our opinion....

enjoyed a 3 day break in july the weather was excellent the hotel was everything it said in the internet staff were very helpfull nothing was a bother for them the place was very clean

was disappointed initially at the room allocated which was a four bedded room which was cramped and unventilated.room was changed to a double room we had booked but then we had no hot water,no tea or coffee and no shower/bath gel which was all corrected on the following day.the boutique room was overall a nice room but would have loved a sea view rather than an inner courtyard.food was quite good although restricted in choice and the bar prices were average for a hotel.overall the hotel is good and would certainly use again.

We had a boutique room though didnt pay upgrade so dont know about standard rooms. Whilst the breakfast was very good, the dinner was not very good for the main course.

Very family friendly hotel. Nearer a 4 star than 3 star. Easy access to Blackpool - take no 7 or 11 bus to Starr gate then get tram -

dissatisfied with the hotel, room dusty, and had poor lighting and maintanance issues we also found the food of poor quality. we will not be staying at this hotel again.

nice hotel, clean modern frontage, restaurant, food, good. Standard room dark,narrow but clean. carpets in halways old and worn.

Good hotel and food very good. Staff first class but the cost of alcohol was silly thus the bar area was always empty. A pint of lager and a glass of wine was over
