I thought the hotel was very nice with lovely helpful staff and would add that they were doing an excellent job considering there had recently been a fire which had gutted some of the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. It is in a great location in the town handy for the Train Station and the buses. The room was very comfy and I enjoyed the food. Would definitely go back again.

We were allocated accommodation at Atholl Palace Hotel due to Fishers being temporarily closed. This hotel definitely warrants its 4 star status as everything was absolutely first class. We will definitely be returning.

Many thanks to all the staff, everyone was so helpful and courteous. The hotels atmosphere was so relaxing with a several lovely public rooms and snugs to sit and enjoy a quiet coffee or refreshment. Will certainly be back.

Great value for money winter break. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room we had was spacious, comfortable, warm and benefitted from lovely 40 inch digital tv. Food was good although let down by the deserts. All in all much better than expected and would certainly return again.

Stayed one night on a b&b basis in a family room two double beds which luckily was suitable with two granddaughters might have been a problem if it had been a boy and girl ! Hotel seemed to be full but no problems at a breakfast with a very well stocked buffet plenty staff to cope. All in all a good stay in a spotlessly clean room thank you

Clean comfortable room at the back of the hotel, so quiet. Good central location. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Service in the dining room was quick. Food was an acceptable standard for a 3 star hotel. Would recommend.

Stayed for two nights on 23/24october 2016. Given family room, which was good as husband walks with aid of 2sticks and this gave him room to get about easily this time , last time we stayed room was very small. but unfortunately room 124was along 2corridors, 2fire doors and 2 small flights of stairs. Not handy trying to take our luggage to our room, was a struggle.Left hotel car park to go visiting and were not allowed back into car park on our return. Had to park down at bridge and struggle up hill with heavy bag. Saw locals using car park to get train. Not good enough. Dinner 1st night was fine but second night, food was awful. Staff in dining room were excellent and efficient , polite and very helpful, especially Jonathan.Welcome drinks could do with a more modern twist, neither of us liked whisky or sherry but would have welcomed an orange juice, (hubby), and a glass of Proseco,(me).Breakfast was plenty full, sausages tough.N o scrambled eggs, quite a queue waiting for this, eventually gave up as rest of my breakfast was getting cold.Small problems which can be easily rectified, on the whole pleasant stay.

Disappointingly, on booking in the hotel seemed to have no record of our myhotelbreak booking. On booking out, they endeavoured to charge us the full rate for our stay. In both cases the matter was resolved satisfactorily. That apart we had a very enjoyable stay and will certainly return to Fishers Hotel in the future.

Everything that could be done for us was done. Meals superb, accommodation excellent. In fact on entering the Hotel it was extremely busy but the Receptionist kept a cool head and handled everything with the greatest of ease.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but dinner not so good. The beef in the steak pie was too salty and the lemon cello for dessert had gfruit in it with not a hint of lemon. No orange juice for children or non drinkers on arrival. When asked the lady at reception re orange juice she just smiled and didn't answer me. The booking itinerary stated there would be juice. These little things are disappointing and as a guest on holiday you dont always feel like complaining at the time.

Nice room, we went up for the Enchanted Forest so the hotel was perfect for our stay. Nowhere near enough parking as the hotel was full.

Our booking was for 2 nights bed breakfast and dinner + free wine with dinner, hotel reception refused to provide a voucher for free wine on our second night claiming that the management had instructed that that the offer of free wine with dinner applied for the first night only, as a result we had to buy wine at £20 a bottle on our second night.

A very hospitable hotel with efficient and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was a varied menu catering for all tastes and the evening meal was plain but appetising. All in all a good hotel which I would recommend.

Excellent service. A wee hiccup with our booking as they only had one room for us instead of two but managed to squeeze us in and gave us a very generous discount because we were put in a smaller room.
