All staff friendly and helpful, rooms nice and clean, we were there for 2 nights DBB, food excellent, plenty of parking spaces, would definitely go back again.

The Carlton Hotel and staff make you feel highly welcome on arrival. The hotel's food and restaurant staff are excellent. A break here should not be missed highly recommended.

Our stay was lovely ,staff really nice and as we where there to celebrate anniversary ,the special touch with the Chef writing happy 1st anniversary on our dessert plate was a really good touch . Will be back when we get the time . Much appreciated Peter and Christine :)

Hotel and room were lovely. Bar very reasonably priced. Was not impressed with dinner. We didn't think there was much choice and waited nearly an hour for our main meal. We were about to leave when our food came, after trying it we wish we had left.

Wonderful stay as always. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious and the food is always first class. The staff are friendly and helpful.

While the rooms are not the largest,they are spotless with good bedding & bathrooms.We had a very good dinner in Logans & the following am,enjoyed a lovely breakfast,there was loads of choice too.The staff were all very pleasant & efficient.Would recommend The Carlton Hotel.

We all had a great stay at the Carlton Hotel. The lunch and afternoon tea was first class as was the dinner at night. The staff were so helpful especially Chris. Nothing was a bother. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Absolutely fabulous weekend at the Carlton everything just perfect from the rooms/food/service and in particular all the staff who were excellent from the lovely receptionisr Melinda, two lovely guys on the bar on Sunday evening, and the waitresses in Logans and the Carvery. Also must mention the extremely helpful breakfast waitress who remembered to bring my hubby sweeteners for his tea on the second morning without asking. We will be back

Stayed for 2 nights on DBB, receptionist friendly and helpful, hotel very clean, went to allocated room and found kitchen fan was right outside window, went back to reception to request change of room and this was done with no problem. Food was excellent and breakfast also good, would return without any hesitation.

This is our second stay at the carlton hotel and it was as good as the first , bedrooms are clean staff are friendly and the food is very good would defo stay again

Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was fantastic, but was left disappointed about breakfast! Waited for 20 mins before cooked breakfast order taken then a further half hour for it to arrive. Then it wasn't very warm. It was very busy for breakfast that morning, taking cooked breakfast orders through the week is fine but at weekends a cooked buffet breakfast would have a quicker turn around.
