Great hotel, excellent location and staff were really helpful. Room needed some TLC as floor was visibly worn but overall clean.

I could not of been more pleased with the indigo hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. The hotel was spotless with everything you need in a room . Lovely toiletries. Water , pop & milk in mini fridge which wasn’t expected but we were so grateful of! Also a packet of crisps & biscuits, a lovely touch . The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choice. The location of the hotel was spot on , close to the nightlife & shopping. I will definitely be returning.

excellent stay on Sunday 17th from our check in to the service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and food. your staff are excellent and the hotel is off a very high standard loved the rent a Brolly stand in the lobby

Room was rather small , air con was not working and the window could not be opened. I had no sleep due the heat in the room . I did let reception know about the air con as soon as we checked into the room , was told that they knew about the fault, but was not offered a different room or a fan . We also mentioned it again on check out !! They said sorry but the problem was waiting to be sorted . I told them that I had no sleep. I had a shower but could not use the hair dryer due to the heat in the room and my clothes were sticking to me trying to get ready to leave , I was glad to get out into the fresh air, wish I had waited for a shower in our next hotel . We had the next night at the travel lodge The Strand had a fan in the room and the window could open. We expected a better night at the indigo with it being more expensive. Shame really as the young lady on reception was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

We were woke at 8 by cleaner in next room battering hoover off the wall! So got up and had brekki and went back for a nap as we were out late after concert and had long drive back to Scotland, was then woke with phone to remind us at 12.30 we had to be out by 2 which we already knew and was already stated again at check in so wasn’t as relaxing as could have been

Had an excellent weekend in Hotel Indigo , Liverpool . Room was very clean and the upgrade with drinks in fridge etc an added bonus . Staff were very pleasant , helpful and friendly . Very good location for the waterfront , Matthew Street , Liverpool One ,etc . Will certainly be booking here again for our next visit

Another fabulous stay, we were treated so well as per usual! A bit disappointed about the menu changes at MPW but that happens. A special mention to the chap on reception on our arrival who went above and beyond engaging with us and making us feel so welcome ?

hotel was spot on, however beleive my hotelbreak should be more honest and upfront when they are offering evening meal and let you know there is only choice of 3 starters & choice of 3 main courses. food was top quality however both of us ordered things we didnt particularly like. that is only reason food was scored at 7

Fantastic hotel, with the most friendly staff I have ever come across. The hotel was very clean and the room had everything you would need for a couple of nights. The food in the restaurant was great, with plenty of choices for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you wanted a couple of nights in Liverpool.

On arrival greeted by the receptionist and directed to our room. The Prosecco arrived soo afterwards. The restaurant was excellent and Conor was paticularly helpful the food was excellent. Our room key lost its coding but it was no problem getting reception to recode the key. Checkout was simple. The only limited thing were the TV channels available in the room. I would recommend this hotel and was disappointed the package is no lomger available.

Another incredible stay at Hotel Indigo, 3rd visit in less than a year and it was perfect again. We stayed on the Winter Break offer the food and service was wonderful as usual. I was due to stay with a friend and had booked the twin and she dropped out 3 weeks before, advised no double rooms left but when we checked in we found our room was a double! The staff can't do enough for you, we will be back once the next offer is on :-)

The Hotel Indigo was ideally situated near to the Docks and the Liver Building with parking just around the corner. Our hotel room was clean and well presented and the bottle of Prosecco was on ice ready and waiting. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only slight issue we had with the room was that the extraction in the bathroom wasn’t working nor was the air con. This wasn’t too much of an issue for us for the one night as it was winter and the room didn’t get too warm.

Lovely hotel and very pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Had a lovely warm welcome, check in/ out without problems. Evening restaurant staff were brilliant. Would give food 10+! Would definitely stay here again.

All in all an excellent stay apart from the unfriendly reception staff! In complete contrast, the bar & restaurant staff couldn’t have been more helpful & the service they provided was faultless! Huge thanks to Corie in particular who was our waiter & is obviously very passionate about his job. Well done to him!

Fantastic hotel in a superb location. Comfortable bedroom, spotlessly clean. Food and service in the restaurant was first class. Nicest staff we have ever encountered at any hotel, friendly, helpful and consistently cheerful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfasts were first class. Bar staff dead keen to provide what the customer wants. Training re making tails would support them to meet needs. Thanks!

The room was lovely and really clean, found it very nice and bed was really comfortable (especially the pillows) The deal we got on my hotel break was amazing and the food was delicious, there was a great variety of choice so we had a lot to choose from and the tail and glass of wine was really welcomed. Evening staff were very helpful didn't really see anyone in the morning but the check in and check out process was very easy. All in all a good night stay!
