HAD A GREAT TIME AT KING ROBERT HOTEL, ALL STAFF WERE WELCOMING AND HELPFUL. FOOD GREAT, WILL BE BACK

Excellent weekend. Stayed on 2 nights DBB option. Room was perfect, ample storage, clean and bed very comfy. Our room overlooked Bannockburn Visitor Centre. Only downside was the low water flow pressure on the shower. Food and service in restaurant was excellent, pub grub with a varied menu. Breakfast in Garden Room, excellent choice of both continental and hot buffet breakfast which was self service. Food constantly checked and replenished. Staff were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble for them. Bonus for us was the Fishery 1 mile down the road. Would definitely highly recommend and will be back.

We had a great break here recently. The staff and food really make this hotel along with a bus stop just outside to take you into Stirling. Lots of places nearby to visit including Callander just 30 mins by car.Will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel on a 3 day DBB deal. Hotel is very well placed for Stirling and surrounding area. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable. The menu is excellent and offered many good options and when we were presented with our chosen meals each night we were not disappointed either by quantity or quality. We would most certainly consider using this hotel again.

Great value and the staff are always very pleasant. Only complaints are, on the first night, the room was cold and the heater was up full also the shower the next morning was cold! The shower should have a grab rail to hold onto as the shower tray is very slippery when wet. Otherwise the room (which appeared to be refurbished) was really nice and the bed very comfortable.

This was our second time at the King Robert, can't complain about the place maybe needs a face lift on the decor. But apart from that if your looking for good value this is the place two nights stay bed and breakfast and evening meals for two nights £230 for a couple, and a bottle of wine awaiting you in your room on arrival, Food very good and breakfast was lovely staff very kind thumbs up for me?

Fantastic stay made even better by the staff who were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and great view of the Bannockburn battlefield. Food was of good quality cooked well and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Location of the hotel was great for the Bannockburn battlefield as it is next door, a nice walk into Stirling takes about 30/40 mins, loads of parking on site, the hotel itself is nice and clean, very comfortable beds and absolutely fantastic staff, couldn’t have felt more at home, welcomed by everyone and the service from the staff was second to none, food was absolutely amazing too, had a wonderful evening meal both nights with my steak cooked perfectly both times and the cooked buffet breakfast was worth the visit on its own, can’t wait to come back and get myself booked in for a tribute night, thank you all and can’t wait to see you all again soon.

Just home from a lovely night away at the King Robert Hotel, Bannockburn. The room was spacious and immaculate and the food and service was excellent. There was a quiz and karaoke after dinner, which we didn’t expect! Can highly recommend and will deffo go back! The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. All the ingredients were fresh and so tasty.

From the moment we arrived until we left we had a lovely time. The big asset if this hotel is it's staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, both evening meals and breakfast. We had a small issue with original room and without question were given a new room. Would definitely return.

Very pleasant stay, but a bit of misunderstanding at reception on price! and complimentary bottle of wine, unfortunately I had archived the email so could not check but I did remember the exact price? and wine, so all sorted. I recommend any other customers to keep the email of booking LOL Everything else was great including food.
