A lovely overnight stay at The Park Hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean with excellent tea/coffee facilities. Our Sunday roast lunch was very good - generous portions and lovely selection of meats, veg and sauces. Excellent breakfast with an extensive choice of continental and cooked breakfast options. All staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Great location , this hotel is in a very good distance to walk into the town. The beautiful gardens are a bonus to enjoy the weather with a lovely glass of wine from the well stocked bar. The room we had looked over the side of the hotel , roomy and very clean and the food was delicious a very hearty breakfast and a varied menu for dinner

We had a pleasant overnight stay here the room we had was basic but addiquite for one night. The hotel was close to the town center so we just dinned out in the evening, breakfast was really good with plenty of choices both continental & cooked which was table service. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hi enjoyed our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and were treated well.it would have been nice to be given an upgrade but it wasn’t offered. We had evening dinner but both dishes were over cooked.would stay again but would request toiletries in the room

Thoroughly enjoyed our two day break in the Park hotel,the staff were first class and delivered a good level of service under difficult cirstance due to the social distancing and guest safety implications due to COVID-19 pandemic.the hotel had a comfortable and homely feel to it and the staff were always Cheerie and helpful. The only disappointment for me was the lack of communication from the parent company Crieff hydro family hotels .com after sending three contact notification e mails to enquire about any COVID 19 related issues for our visit as advised by my hotel break.com I never received a reply which is a great pity as we otherwise had a great couple of days and the hotel staff are a credit to the company

My wife and I stayed here for an overnight break and cannot praise the staff of the Hotel highly enough. They very quickly and efficiently sorted out a small problem in the room with an upgrade and the quality of food, friendliness of the staff, comfort of the room and efficiency of every aspect of service was excellent. Great place to stay, highly recommended!

Stayed here with my daughter for one night. Pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was for the price we'd paid. Lovely, friendly staff on check in and throughout our stay. Room was immaculately clean, if a little dated and beds were exceptionally comfortable. We really enjoyed our breakfast in the beautiful dining room with stunning views over the hills. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great 2 night stay at Park Hotel in Peebles. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Great location for either exploring the area or for a more leisurely break. Room met all my needs and breakfast hit the spot . Easy to recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area as you will be well looked after in a beautiful corner of Scotland.

We stayed at the Hydro again as the Park had been closed. The deal was 20.00 bed and breakfast which was good however, the Hydro is under refurbishment too. the dining room has been changed and I think the tables look as if it has turned in to a canteen, I didn't like the new look. Also I didn't feel as if the breakfast was as good.. so I probably wouldn't stay there again

Actually were moved to Peebles Hydro. Room clean and comfortable but toilet not flushing and no hot water due to ongoing works that day. Assured would be fixed shortly but only fixed before we left next morning. Very inconvenient to have to go from room 338 downstairs to use public toilet during the night Staff pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed free mini high tea at Park Hotel and lovely fresh breakfast at Peebles Hydro with something to suit everyone. Feel hotel should not have taken guests even at cheap price if such important issues as hot water and toilet facilities not working, Could not fault anything else.

First time here in Peebles and not lat time. Hotel easy to reach, even by bus. External does not look great, but wait till you get inside! Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere who took customers seriously and demonstrated a "can do" attitude, Food was delicious, of good quality and plenty to choose from. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. What more can I say, except to say visitors will not be dissapointed.
